I purchased windows and a sliding glass door from these guys a few years back. Everything was great! Fair price, great install. Better than the ones I got from Home Depot from a previous project in quality, value, and service.I did recently have a minor issue with the lock on the sliding door.... like 4-5 years after I bought it....and called to find out about warranty or parts availability. To my surprise, the owner John located the part, had it shipped, hand delivered it to my home and installed the new lock!!!!!Talk about service!!!! Windows are a big investment for a property owner and it is so nice to know that this company stands behind their products (even years later) and has such amazing service!Call John.
