She seemed to know a lot about antiques and gemstones and I enjoyed talking to her. I ended up learning a lot about jewelry from her. Good person and good business to sell jewelry and watches to.

Been currently sitting outside since 2:20 pm. It is now 3:20pm on a Tuesday during open business hours and they have a note on the door stating they would return by 2:45 pm. They still have not returned or opened the door and there is now 4 other cars waiting in the parking lot as well. The phone number for this business rings twice and goes to a vmail that doesnt work. Definitely not a good way to run a business. Contemplating on going elsewhere because an hour waiting outside while they are listed as OPEN is unacceptable!

I went to this establishment to sell a 10 ounce 99.9% silver bar. First thing is they were not open at 10:05 when I arrived. They didn’t open until almost 20 minutes after their posted hours. Once inside the business seemed nice it was clean and orderly. However they only offered me $130 for this piece of silver. When I mentioned that spot price today was almost $18 they said that’s our offer. I said no thank you and took my business over to the B&I coin shop and got $16.50 an ounce instead of $13. Don’t waste your time with this business. Take it some place else.

Called first. Person didnt state that they were the business. Arrived at location to find doors locked and lights out. 1PM Saturday so not supposed to be closed. Called again and was told employee was on break and would return in 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes. No show. Terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place is just okay. What they offered me for my gold/diamond engagement ring, was more than $300 less than what I was offered from Abe Mor diamond buyers. Definitely get a quote elsewhere prior to coming here. Otherwise you may end up getting ripped off.

Dont waste your time here they tried to pay. Me $12 per gram of 14k gold when I didnt take the offer it was hard to get my items back.I went to the B &I and got $46 per gram at Net York gold 14k

I called to ask about their jewelry appraisal service, as they’re are listed in Yelp under jewelry appraisers.The guy had a “language barrier” and was very short with me, while asking me what I was asking about.My first question was“What do you charge for jewelry appraisals?”He said “WhaT?” Very sternly and shortI asked “Do you do jewelry appraisals?”He asked “what do you mean? appraisals?” I said “yes, appraisals on jewelry”Then said “Sorry I do not” and hung up the phone.

I decided to sell my engagement ring and went to a couple pawnshops and totally felt like I was getting ripped off and decided to came here, they offered me $100 more than all the pawnshops and explained professionally that they dont compare to retail prices because retail stores mark up their prices 70%-80%. They were knowledgeable and friendly so I sold my ring here because no one offered higher.

Went in a few days ago wanted to know whow much it was worth. Theykept just asking how much i wanted for it. The lady called her dad on phone and spoke russian to him the whole time.She looked at ring and asked if i would sell for 600, told then just want to know value. She talked to her dad more and asked if i would sell for 800. Kept telling her just wanting to know value since first place i went. She kept talking to her dad until she got up to 1200. Since first place i still left. Checked a few and they were highest so went back and now she called dad and only 1000 asked why said value of gold went down. Looked it up and barley changed then she said she saw another flaw in Diamond. Worst service but only saving value was they offered the most by far.
