Heres why I rated this location 3 stars.It doesnt have anything to do with inventory. It has to do with the store manager. Ive been shopping this location for 5+ years I love the location and I am always able to find what I need. The manager lacks warmth and tact. Ive over heard her reprimand employees when I shouldnt have. Take them aside out of ear shot from customers. She has walked away from the cash register when I was standing in line next to be helped, like literally walked away as I was standing behind the woman waiting for my turn. Ive been in the customer service industry for 28+ years. I know how a great CSR works with the customers...If I knew when she wasnt working, this would be the days that I would pick up my supplements. :(

Got what I came for at good prices and the cashier was super nice. However, there were two customers in the store not wearing face coverings. When I asked why this was allowed when face mask are mandatory during the PANDEMIC, I didnt receive a satisfactory answer and didnt feel safe.

Im aware that Covid has created a new norm for employees and customers to remain safe but the two employees in the store today were rude and unhelpful.The female who checked out my elderly mother was extremely impatient and acted inconvenienced and annoyed with her.With the new Covid standards it takes politely educating customers about what appropriate protocols are to follow. Your customers dont need to abrasively snapped at like toddlers.Have always received excellent customer service from the 6th ave location and hugely disappointed with the two employees working at this location today.

They have a good selection of suppliments and natural remedies. We. Found they often will stop carrying something in the store and then we suddenly have to try to find another source. This has happened multiple times in the last 6 months. Sales staff is hit or miss. Sometimes theyre very helpful and knowledgeable and other time they arent even familiar with what they do and dont carry.

Ive always had excellent CS and never any pressure. Very knowledgeable staff!The selection is pretty good, but I do think it has lost some of its health food store vibe and is now more vitamin based.

The guy behind the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that very much. They have an unmanageable amount of product and variety within each of the classifications. It was good to have somebody that knew their stuff walk through it with me so I got the right product for my needs. Without them it would have been a very frustrating and unproductive experience.

A good place to find supplements. The staff is helpfull and usually you can find the item you need for a much lower cost then elsewhere.Sadly though, over the past year prices have risen somewhat. But this is still the place you want to check before buying or ordering those vitamins from anywhere else!

I have found the staff at this location to be very helpful. I would give Super Supplements 5 starts, but ever since the conversion to vita shoppe I have had resort more to amazon than super supplements.

First of all, it was an empty store with around 6 staff members there, after walking almost every aisle, I walked back to the front and ask for assistance to locate product. One of the stockers directed me to what I need and then walked away, doesnt clarify if I need more assistance. Ive worked in this industry and thats a no no. As I approach the counter ready to purchase, the cashier Gairo looks annoyed as if I was interrupting something more important than a customer. I ask if theres a sample for something and he says no with a confused tone.I ask if a certain employee was working and he said not that Im aware of in an irritated voice. Anyway, he was rude and shouldnt be in customer service and my experience there sucked ass. Its sad because places like Amazon would be a better option than getting treated like that and in turn that will suffer local businesses. There are two other employees there who are awesome ( Sofia and Jonathon ) and they are the reason I would come back.

My favorite of all the stores, and the only business I buy my supplements. Partly because I trust that the merchandise they carry will do the things they say it can, partly because their prices really are better than anybody elses I have found.
