I have been going to to the All American Hearing office on Portland Ave. in Tacoma for over 15 years and I always receive excellent care and attention from the entire staff. I moved back to Spokane, Washington from Lakewood, Washington over nine years ago but because the staff at the Tacoma office is so great, I continue to drive back to the Tacoma office for all of my audiology needs.Jenny always answers all of my questions and takes care of hearing and my aids in a very professional and friendly manner. This office will always have my vote.

Since my last post, a lot has changed at All American Hearing. They have gotten busier. Their staff, except for Jenny Primm, has turned over. And, they are dealing with the restrictions imposed because of COVID. That said, my last 3 appointments couldn’t have been any worse. They no longer offer same day service, which was essentially 3 working days. When you are without your hearing aids for a week or more, and have no way of getting them back sooner, regardless of the extra surcharge, that’s bad!As a patient, who is still covered under warranty, I get the feeling that they will take care of my issue when they can and if I’m upset with their service, that’s just way it is.After 15yrs, and thousands of dollars spent on hearing aids and accessories, I will think twice before buying my next set of hearing aids from All American Hearing.

Last year, I took advantage of the Free Hearing Exam postcard received at home address. During that visit, I first met all of the staff at the 10909 Portland Avenue office. I waited only a brief time and was politely shown to the exam room. My first impressions was that this was a professional organization and well equipped. I received a detailed summary of my (now documented) hearing loss, and chose to wait for the next annual exam.A year later, I was reminded of my appointment time, and also had retired a month earlier. The new exam showed some continued loss, and so I agreed to be fitted for a hearing aid. I WAS MOST IMPRESSED with the both quality of the product and caring, professional attention I received. Attention to detail was evident. A few days later I was fitted with the new device for each ear, and a custom program was uploaded to each hearing aid, wirelessly. Very cool! I have since gone back one more time for a cleaning lesson and it too was a great experience.I highly recommend them to you.

Over the years working with All American Hearing, as a musician, Ive had difficulty with hearing aids which will take 40-22,000 hertz so I can hear the overtones which make the instruments tones sound different of an orchestra or band. The latest set of hearing aids are much better, and I finally just got the three memories doing what they need to do. At some point I hope hearing aids will be able to capture all the sounds, not just voice. The staff at Tacoma, my three times there, have been cordial, and they exhibit excellent knowledge of their programs.

All American Hearing is one of the most friendly and helpful companies that I have experienced. At the front desk Debbie greets you, inviting you to have a cookie and a cup of coffee. From there you are escorted to the patient and precise attention provided by Jenny as she carefully proceeds to work with you in her testing procedures to ensure that your hearing aids are exactly what you need. From beginning to end everything is centered about the client and what is best for the client. I would highly recommend All American Hearing to all of my friends.

AAH has been very good to me for a few years now. Even though I use a donated hearing aids program, Jenny and the rest of the staff treat me with the same professional courtesy as everyone else. Jenny continues to answer every question I have with a thorough and quick response.
