They got turned over to another company and quickly became the worse place in town to shop. After spending thousands of dollars there they wouldn’t even give me store credit for a $60 battery I bought before my last work trip. Never worked and they didn’t care!!! Will NEVER shop somewhere that won’t even correct after they sale you something bad, need to find a new place to shop

This store has got to be my favorite place in the Puget Sound area to get weed at ridiculously great prices, and a HUGE selection and a great staff of knowledgeable and friendly employees. Huge parking lot and local to everything else I need while running errands.

Newly remodeled with new products!! Still awesome as ever. Masks are required and your I. D.. Always knowledgeable staff and prices are not too high. Everything is on the floor for you to browse before purchasing. They sell everything from vapes, paraphernalia for all their products, flower, edibles, dabs, wax, etc. Glass products and pre- rolls. Check out their huge new selection of products. Open til 11pm. Highly recommend. Usually pretty busy but I havent been left standing around too long for assistance.

I like it here because all the product is on the floor inside displays. So your able to walk around and look at the product, that are priced which is also a nice convenience. The employees are friendly and well informed. Also a good selection of products.

Good and friendly shop without 25% off happy hours sales or good member discounts, but they do have a decent bargain window and cool door guys.But its a great local shop with reasonable prices that is very convenient for me so I go there all the time.

Just had my first experience at 420 Tacoma. The staff is incredible. Steven Washington was able to brighten up my day after i found out my eagles lost to the Washington racial slurs. Favorite in Tacoma!Ive lived in Tacoma for a few years, and Ive tried most, if not all of the dispensaries. 420 Tacoma is definitely my go-to dispensary. Whenever I walk in, Steven Washington is there to greet me personally and brighten my day. All of the staff there are wonderfully friendly – my chihuahua even loves going in because she knows shell get lots of treats and attention! One of my favorite features is the display cases along the walls. Im very indecisive, so I like to look at everything before making my decision! Everyone has been extremely cautious and considerate when it comes to COVID regulations – theyve even implemented a buzzer system so the customers dont have to all crowd by the register. By far, the best feature of 420 Tacoma is the amazing staff. Every one is so friendly and takes the time to remember who you are. Everything about the buying experience at 420 Tacoma is positive and friendly, the way buying marijuana should be!

I really enjoyed the store they really have a large selection of everything candies, oils, wax, shatter, flower, RSO, trim, ect. Reasonably priced and they stay open till 12:30 I came in here because everywhere else was closed one time and this is one of the only places I really like going. This staff all doing excellent job with helping you out anything you looking for. Check it out.

Was in there 2 days ago for the first time. I was looking for a particular product (NWCS Terp Stix) and 420 had them. Yay! Placed an online order, received confirmation it was ready, and off I went. Arrived at the store and was told their system never received the order. I pointed out what I wanted and the gal came back to say only 3 of the 7 strains I had ordered were available - with the display clearly (incorrectly) stating it was available. Fine. I bought 7 infused prerolls of the avaliable strains I wanted. As soon as I handed the gal my exact amount - I paid full price, no discounts - she turned and walked away. No thanks for coming in, nothing!I get home to enjoy the product and it tasted moldy. It was manufactured over 9 months ago 8/28/2020. Now Im scared to try the other 6 I bought.As a 10 year cancer patient, and a former Medical Cannabis worker, Im embarrassed for this dispensary and I will not be back.

Ive been going here for years. I spend a lot of cash at this place weekly! However, theres a new dude that works here. Hes rude, always yelling at customers! After hearing him yell at my wife today, ill never shop here again! My wife has severe back issues. This man screamed at her for struggling to stand at the counter. She barely touched the counter with her purse! Ive never heard anyone scream at a disabled person like that before. He should be fired! I will be finding new store.

I only give this place 3 stars not based on quality of product because they have a great selection ton of variety and usually pretty good customer service. Today I went in made my purchase and upon returning home and looking at me receipt I was like wait I was over charged. So I called they said bring everything back and we will take a look, fine right? Ok so I’m headed back and I look at my receipt again and realize I’m in the wrong, so I tried to call back and apologize a d make sure they knew they guy taking care of me did a good job. Someone answers and I said “hey I just called about an over change and I realize I made a mistake” and the guy who answers goes yeah I know and hangs up on me. Yo I don’t care what business you’re in, customer service is number 1 in any format. Just cuz ur selling cannabis doesn’t mean ur customers deserve less respect or service. Smdh

420 is a great store. They have a large variety of product. They also have an excellent assistance program in place to help customers and check them out.

In my opinion best weed store in Tacoma. You actually get to see everything and the prices rather than spending 40 minutes at the counter. Steven at the door is awesome I appreciate the help man see you next time.

Pros - Security was super friendly, had a great chat with him while waiting. The cash machine was super quick.Cons - Cash machine was the last thing that helped me. Waited outside the case, witnessed two employees make eye contact with me (on three different occasions) then go help somebody else who had entered the store after me.After waiting for eight minutes in the same spot and being ignored three times, I left empty handed figuring I would continue to be ignored.Cool looking store though!

Called for directions, they were super helpful and really easy to find, I just was looking for a different store! I still decided to buy some weed though, since I was in the area. The Budtender who I talked to just made my day better. Thank you 420 Tacoma!

The people have always been nice and used to offer good product but the last flower I bought was beyond dry and absolute garbage.

If they werent the only place i could find a certain item I would go somewhere else in heart beat. Customer service is lacking. You see people start working there happy and a week in they seem disgruntled. Overall poor customer service a plenty!!! And keeping things in stock is not a specialty.

This is my Go-To place for basically anything. The Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable about the products and incredibly helpful. They havent tried to sell me something I dont need. I enjoy going in and talking with the Staff members. I cant say enough good things. If youve not been here, its totally worth the trip!

This is my favorite shop for sure. Great for new people and experienced people. Great selection of every type of product. Theres plenty of help to find what you need, but also is set up in a way that theyll leave you alone until youre ready if you ask-so you can just look through all the cases to see what you want before talking to an employee. Theyve always got great deals plus a good clearance selection and great sales and loyalty rewards.

I usually come here but today 12-19-20 9:45am and the staff sat there stared at me and didnt ask if I needed help. There were 4 people in there it was very uncomfortable. Plus there were making comments about fat girls. Not ok. I wont be returning. Im pretty sure yall dont care because yall will get paid regardless.

Only one employee out of 4 was wearing their masks properly. The 5th that came in for their shift was also not wearing a mask. Door greeter was personable. Waited 3 minutes to be helped until the cashier was done with his conversation with the only other customer (who also had their mask down) in the store when there were 2 employees on the floor. The cashier did apologize as he thought I had already been helped. When I got home, I found that they had also sold me the wrong dabs, but Im not picky enough to go back and exchange them. Would give 3 stars normally, but no masks no stars.

I love the layout of this shop. You get to look at choices without standing at a counter and simply trusting someone to pick items for you. Honestly my go to shop period. Prices are amazing also now called 420 same amazing layout and amazing staff.

They sell tubes with no marijuana in them and they know that their doing it. I recommend any other shop besides them at least they wont try and rip you off. they take no responsibility for the product that comes out of their store and its sad because I was one of their most loyal costumers. I spent thousands and they are so petty.

Last 5 times I’ve been here since they changed the system has been a joke. Today it was a solid 15 minute wait while I could watch the employees behind the counter talking. No offer to help until I was already headed back to my car. Customer service has taken a dive, most of the new employees are completely clueless with what they are trying to sell you. I could name the only people that actually know how to do their job and I feel bad for them because The rest of the employees are a waste of time and money. 🤷🏻‍♂️

420 Tacoma is a different store, they have the product in cases up along the wall. It was strange to see the employees leave the counter to come and help. I like viewing the product b4 we get in line. At 420 Tacoma there is no need to wonder what products they got in stock while waiting in line. Thank you 420 Tacoma Happy customer here thus far!

I would go in find what I wanted and the people that work here or super fast did you meet in and out. I love the staff everyone is helpful and friendly. No matter how busy they are I never feel rushed. The prices are great too! But its the people that work there that keeps me coming back.

This has been my favorite spot for a while but last time I was there one of my items didn’t end up in my bag. They said they checked the footage and stock and that I got it but I definitely don’t have it. My bag was closed and rolled up until I opened it and there were only 2 of the 3 inside. I even double checked all the cracks in my car and it’s not there. Not sure how it disappeared. Disappointing cause I give this place quite a lot of business and I wouldn’t just make this up. This was just about the only place I’d go to. But I don’t know if they will be my first choice anymore. 3/5 Stars. They have good prices and selection but this just has me put off.

This was my first ever visit to a pot shop. I walked in and looked around, Im sure looking like I had no idea what I was looking at because I didnt. They DO ask for ID and scan it when you walk in.After I looked through all of the displays someone came up and asked what I was looking for and made some recommendations. I picked up some topical and capsules and will see if they help me. Im hoping they do!Easy, clean and helpful even though there were quite a me few people that popped in at the same time. I have no idea on pricing or selection but both seemed reasonable.

Coming from New Zealand where Marijuana is still illegal, I found 420 to be an amazing eye opener. The whole 420 dispensary experience was quite impressive. When I arrived I was greeted at the door where I had to provide an acceptable government issued ID - note Passports are excepted but a foreign drivers license is not. From there you are free to view the shop in all its glory, there are plenty of friendly staff with top quality knowledge on all products and their effects. Prices were more then generous and very competitive with all the other dispensaries I visited which was quite alot including the worlds biggest dispensary Planet 13, 420 was hands down my favourite dispensary. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at 420 for their amazing work and 2nd to none customer service you guys absolutely rock.

Such a good shop, with quite a unique layout that doesnt leave you waiting in line checking your phone until you get to the counter. The front desk and security staff (thanks Steven!) are friendly and quick with the I.D. checking and explaining the routine. The layout allows you to freely browse the products and come up to the counter at your own leisure, or have a budtender assist you with your decision, or you may place an order at a kiosk if you already know what you are looking for. The budtenders are extremely helpful, and are more than happy to help you out if you are unsure of the product you want (thank you so much Bestie!) The prices are very reasonable as well. I purchased a variety of items and walked away more satisfied (and with more money in my pocket) than I would have anywhere else I have found so far. Its a bit further out than I normally go but absolutely worth the drive. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

So we just went in there 5 minutes ago. Andrew was our bud tender. The wonderful lady who helped us accidentally handed him the wrong one and My girlfriend just said “woah no the 25 one” not even mad at all. No hard feelings just like a soft “woah”. The guy UNDER his breath. Tells her not to have a cow right in front of her face and walks away. I heard it to and it was hella rude. While using an overly fake “I’m so done with you” finishes checking us out. Lost our business guys. We loved your place tho.

I have been coming off and on to this place since they opened. I can honestly say that every time is a pleasant experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The quality of their wax is always top notch for the price. Lately I tried the flower and it was great. The 4/20 sale hooked it up fat. $50 half ounces of top shelf Thank you!!

I am in this store at least 3 times a week and have no urge to go elsewhere! All the staff is cool as hell and I love the conversations we have down to trash talking about Football! I have never had a bad experience. I had one leaky cartridge in over 2 years and it was replaced with no problem! I won’t go anywhere else and I encourage you to make this shop your go to!! Tried this dispensary out and was highly disappointed with the customer service. Cashier was very rude and snarky. Sticking to Clear Choice, the Gallery, Mary Mart, and literally any other dispensary after trying this place out. They have no respect for veterans.

Sold me a 1 YEAR EXPIRED gram of dabs. its not bad, its just on sale they told me. It was nasty and all over the jar. I got a half a gram out of it and gave up because of flavor and difficulty. Never ever again will they get my business!!!

Used to be a good store, but there must have been a change in management because now as soon as you enter you have an employee always at your side. That is pressure that makes customers uncomfortable and not able to browse. So, I had spent a lot of dough at this store, but will take my money to a more relaxed environment.they sold me two inferior products since the store changed hands its no good.
