Jerry assisted us and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.We chose wood look tiles for our living room and hallway that are high quality porcelain. They arrived when he quoted and we had them installed by Lesli with Fineline Tile and Stone. The floor is amazing to walk on and so perfectly even. There are no high and low spots. She communicated at every step of the process and we are more than pleased with the results. See the attached photos. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for tiles.

We have been slowly remodeling our house, and we decided to use tile for the bedrooms, all 6 (long story short, I hate water damage, have kids/pets). I stopped in upon my contractors recommendation (after finding broken, mismatches tiles at the large chain stores). I was with my sister and 2 young kids and they were more than accommodating. They were friendly, helpful, informed me, and helped me search for exactly what I wanted. Of course my eyes wander to the expensive, shiny fancy tiles (that we had no need for... yet). I took some photos of the options and pricing that day, & they took my name and number to keep an eye out for what I was searching for. About 3 weeks later I came back ready to buy. I spent a while pulling out literally every single slide of tile to find the right one. Lo and behold, the literal last slide, in the far back left corner of the store had the PERFECT tile. EXACTLY what I had in my mind. It was a weekday and thankfully they were able to call the supplier for the massive amount we needed and get us a great deal. More expensive (by like $0.70) than the large chain stores BUT custom ordered (so all the same dye/shade) and not going to be cracked and placed back in the boxes. We have begun the first few rooms now (purchased 2 months ago) and are finding some chipped tiles as we open the boxes(bound to happen, its tile that was made in China and transported here). I have not contacted the store yet as my installer is going to use as many as he can as end/cut pieces first. I will definitely update if the amount of chipped is major, and/or the policy in handling this is poor. We have other tile projects in our minds for the coming year, and we will be returning here for those purchases (I will TRY to stay away from the glass tiles....).

Stopped by to see about getting tile for a reptile vivarium. Salesman gave us two perfect slabs for free as scrap tile. Will definitely be back for other tile needs.

I am a home DIYer. These guys gave me a lot of no BS advice. They have tons of industry knowledge and can give you more options than you know what to do with. They can be a little sassy but overall a great small business to shop for tile.

We purchased ceramic flooring two years ago for a fraction of average costs at big box stores, installed in our kitchen. Beautiful and durable. Was special order and still lower cost. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Were returning for backsplash mosaics cause they are less expensive, again, than on line and big box stores. Thanks for being in business!

Great place to find unusual tile, we wanted 2 inch octagonal floor tile with a gray dot pattern, and glass block mosaic tile that didnt break the bank and found it here. What we did not expect to get is superior service, friendly advice and good humor to boot. These guys are why shopping at a local store is vastly superior to the chain store experience, here, for about the same money, you get service and the benefit of their experience and wisdom... it sure beats standing alone in a tile aisle of a jumbo store thinking none of the generic stuff looks good, and not even being sure if what you like would work for your application. With these guys, you describe what youre hoping to find, and they get a knowing look on their face, hop in the back for a minute and produce the goods, or at least put a sample in hand. If you arent an expert in picking out tile, why not get help from folks who are? And all this design help is free at CTC... Amazing!

I own and operate Legacy General Contracting LLC out of University Place. Met with a client there for our first visit to the Ceramic Tile Center and was met with a ton of guidance help and fantastic customer service. Ordered a last minute lot of tile for our project and they were in point with the timeline amd delivery to help our client and project stay on track! Really felt welcome and am conident that we made the right move with using C.T.C. for our material selection. Have purchased tiles and supplies on a couple of occasions now. Top rate store and customer service! Our go to store for all of our time needs.

I just wanted to say, beware of the old grumpy sales person, very rude. Also the sales people are very misleading about some of there products. While asking him questions, instead of answering them he got upset and stated that I was breaking his balls. After getting upset myself I left. His actions caused ceramic tile company a 1000 dallar sale.
