The salesperson (Alex) had a good pitch for their automotive parts washers, which included a one month demo with minimal cost which he stated If we didnt like the product, we would be responsible for the freight back and chemicals used, well since I like to know EXACTLY what Im getting into, I pressed him for a more accurate figure in reference to the chemicals used, he stated that he had not seen anyone use more than a cup. So sounded good to me, so I signed up. The parts washer showed up a few weeks later and Alex set it up a few days after that. Well right off we noted quite a bit of residue even after we cleaned the engine item thoroughly, so much so my tech had to use our existing parts washer to clean the residue off! Alex tried another type of chemical which made a marginal difference but still not up to our existing washer. We had the company pick up their unit as it just wasnt good enough. We received their bill which I expected the freight and a small amount of chemical cost, to have a bill of high 600 range!! They stated that I used 20 gallons of chemical! Well obviously that was NOT the cup that I had expected. Well Im a bit of a hothead when I feel that Ive been scammed so I knew that it would not be best to call at that point. I did a bit of research on the web and found other stories like mine...exact same! I called the company the following day asked for customer service, well I did speak to a nice lady and it was obvious that she had gone through this before, it fact she said oh was this Alex?, I answered yes and asked if if this she had heard this before...she had stated that she didnt and that he was just new. Long story short we settled on me paying for a gallon and the freight. I hope this helps someone else down the road, poor product and with my experience (and others), they are pretty sneaky with their business practices.

They offered a demo unit and after the demonstration period ended sent an invoice for almost $750. They get a low level employee to sign a demo agreement and then send a big bill if you dont commit to their expensive product. Buyer beware.
