Even with everything going on with covid they keep a lot of stock that is imported from Italy. And when stock is running low they let us know ahead of time. David Loop is a legitimate sales man who has helped us out quite a bit.

This company has a good number of specialty products that I use when making cabinets. They are relatively speedy at the front desk not overly friendly. Once you get to the loading dock get ready for a long wait. The guy who helped me load was not happy at all to be there and it was reflected in his work.Nonetheless I did get the products I needed.

FRUSTRATING!!!!I really enjoy this company and the people that work there, i have not greif with them. that said i am BEYOND annoyed that their catalog hasnt been updated since Feb of 2013!!!!! this causes me to start a project thinking the project would be there and when i show up it is discontinued. Ive heard for over a year that management is working on it.... Well at this point im working on finding a new vendor because i dont have time to call and check what they do and dont have in stock. once the catalog is fixed my rating will reflect it.
