Real helpful people! The guy was able to help me find the part I was looking for. Real friendly and efficient. They know what they are doing.And all that I said above is true. But the part wasnt in stock, so they refunded me and I went for help at another parts store. Still great service.

Big shout out to Taft Autozone!! I had a battery that I purchased from them almost 3 years ago that tested bad yesterday at my regular service appointment at my dealership. I went into Autozone today with no receipt of purchase, only paperwork from BW Toyota explaining low charge. They looked up my battery purchase history, informed me it was under full replacement warranty, tested the battery and gave me a brand new one. Not only that, but they actually installed the new one for me! Kudos to this place.... great customer service!!

I have a window that wont go up and they were very helpful in finding the parts I may need but would not look at the door to troubleshoot the problem.

I would of been lost without the ladies working there. Alex no where to be found, almost put my day in jeopardize. Luckily Llesenia, hardworking and knowledgeable was able to help me out and send me off to get on with my day. Grat service. Thy remove the old battery and in stall the new one with out any trouble. Job well done.

Waited in line for a while to check out. They had multiple lines going and the 2 checkers were bouncing between multiple registers. Nobody knew which line to go in. When I came back shortly after to return the product that was wrong I waited again for a while as the apparent manager on duty took her sweet time helping us while she chomped on some peanuts at the register. This isnt the first time myself and others have had poor experiences at this location.
