Made a appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine received email confirmation arrived at the time with my verification number and they said they didn’t make appointments and didn’t have any vaccines The people literally look confused and lost !After having my wife drive me 2 hours for this was very upsetting . Professionalism nonexistent !Update> As you can see from the Macro response, Rite aid does not care, and from the other reviews this is ongoing for years, SAD !

This pharmacy has given me medication that was tampered with, and when whole bottles of my meds were STOLEN I later went to the pharmacy and was given my old medication. This doesnt make sense! I am not immortal, people.Have to admit that there are several women working here that I would love to sleep with.Dont poison Sean. Im trying to get a record contract with a major label. One of the top three, most likely.

They have some things but everything is marked up and over priced. If you want old fashion ice cream cone this is the spot. Pharmacy here is about worthless. They dont process the medication when they get it. They pretty much get to it when they feel like it.Which puts you behind, then they act like its your fault. The Pharmacist there thinks hes a Doctor.

Female cashier was rude af, it’s ok, I wasn’t necessarily nice back to her either. I guess costumer service is dead, or at least here it is. I doubt the cashier will read this but if she does... F U.

Crew needs improvement. Pharmacy staff is rude and front store employees are mostly oblivious.

Pharmacy has gone downhill. Customer service is horrible. I used them for years and in the past few months it has been one issue after another. I have changed to Express Pharmacy just across the street and they know how to help people.
