Always great service prices have gone up

They make you park, knowing that you can’t get out or wait like 10 min. Customers would wait even longer than if they stay at the window. Also, if you ask for light iced, they would give half of a cup because that’s what you pay. I love Starbucks, but not this one.

Thier sweet and nice and they make the best mangos dragon fruit lemonade refresher without the pieces included and 1 pump of raspberry syrup with passion tea over the ice I wish I could get that named after me and put on the board cuz I order that every day

This is a newer one. They just opened last year. When it first opened we had alot of issues but now Id rather wait in the long line to go to this one. Very much improved.

Pretty consistent for a Starbucks. Sometimes when I go to other Starbucks they will make stuff in different ways. The Starbucks seems to do everything by the book and it shows with the consistency.

Bad Customer Service. Showed up right before they closed and they refused service with another car in the drive thru. Only wanted an iced coffee. Wont be coming back to this location while Im working out here. Dont recommend at all.

Thankful that Taft had a Starbucks. The staff is a little slower, but I didn’t mind because they made great drinks and paid attention to detail.Yes, it’s in Albertsons. It’s right inside the front door, do no different then walking into a regular Starbucks, just no drive-thru.

I hate giving one star reviews, especially for newer stores; but this is the second time this location provided an ALLERGEN product in replace of the one that was ordered. Let me explain.I am allergic to lactose, so Starbucks is my go to for cafe coffee since they have such a great variety of non-lactose based milks.Last month, I went through the drive-thru and ordered an iced coffee with coconut milk. The cashier was friendly, and I looked at the viscosity of my drink, because it seemed off; but drove away anyway. (My BAD.) I began drinking it on my drive to work; and had to pull over about 5 minutes later to vomit on the side of the highway multiple times. It was obviously dairy milk, that which they made the coffee with instead of adhering to the label on the cup, that stated coconut milk.I shrugged it off, and started drinking teas when I had to go through their drive-thru instead.Today, I was under the expectation that it was a one time fluke, and tried to order an iced coffee with coconut milk again. (I AM DUMB.) I must have had the same person who had no respect for allergies, because this time I got ALMOND milk instead.I have worked in the service industry for many years, and have attended multiple trainings in regards to allergen postings, advisements, as well as explanations for why you cannot sub egg, dairy, or nut items without advising the customer due to possible allergies. I would imagine Starbucks holds their employees to the same standard, but apparently; this one does not.Unfortunately, I will have to now patronize the one inside Albertsons, which is extremely inconvenient, but Ill make do.Hopefully, the barista that continues to make drinks with allergens without advising the customers doesnt kill someone, but who knows.

I just dont understand why they even built this place for the One in Albertsons is way better and the people inside theyre actually care about your order they always get your order right and theyre very nice every time I go to this one I always get my order wrong and they always overcharged me I just dont understand they just try to rush you as fast as I can I dont understand why they cant take the time for common courtesy to make their customers happy

Great coffee

Horrible service, rude and stressed employees, no restroom even for customers, though youre permitted to come inside to place or receive orders. Maybe sure you have them verbally read back your order to you. If you need restroom, go to Albertsons and theyre very clean now. The Starbucks inside there is temporary closed due to an employee there getting Covid but the lights are on and it looks open.

I love the girls at our new drive through Starbucks, there so sweet and polite and always have a smile even when its to early to 😁 . My drinks are out the window pretty quick and I love that but then again Im pretty easy just a hot caramel frappuccino for me 😍 the customer service is A+ for me ..

Convenient location. Never too thrilled about the Starbucks hype. I ordered drive through, took my reusable coffee mug to the window and they filled my cup of coffee which is really nice because I hate contributing to Starbucks single use plastic and paper products.

Great experience. The cashier was very nice to my 3 years old and even helped him get a straw into his Apple juice.

For the most part its like every Starbucks. The baristas are good about remembering orders for their regulars and are very courteous. The only issue Ive had here is with them closing an hour early but Ive been told they wont be doing that anymore.

My Son & Daughter were in Starbucks earlier. They asked for 2 strawberry drinks. The cashier Sara said you can only have one! My kids didnt understand what she met because she didnt explain herself. My daughter ask again. She said you can only have one! So my daughter said you mean you dont have enough strawberries for 2 drinks? She said yes. She didnt have a name badge, didnt give them a receipt, didnt smile, looked mad & was rude. Didnt even thank them... They told me when they got into the car. 45 minutes later. I had to go back to Albertsons because I realized I had forgotten something. So I went to buy a Strawberry drink just to see if she was going to treat me the same way at 16:12 according to my receipt . She didnt say hello, I requested a Strawberry drink, she said they were out of that drink. I said do you have anything Strawberry? She said yes, Strawberry ice tea. So I ordered that. I asked her, her name & she said Sara. Gave me my receipt. I said thank you. Very disappointed in the customer server. If shes not happy with her job & working with customers. She should probably look for a different job. Just my opinion...

The people are very friendly. Fellow customers are patient. Thats good because the first time I went there I didnt know what I wanted. The young lady explained what everything was very quickly and politely.

I never go to that location, i dont live in the side of kern. I have to say It was clean and the staff had great service. My drinks had been done by the time i was to the window.

I LOVE Starbucks, but this Starbucks always messes up my order, or has ran out of food options. When I order ahead on the app, most of the time they have forgotten some of the items.

Staff skips steps on making drinks.Example: adding water and tea directly to cup, doesnt stir or shake it.Makes the quality of the drink poor.

Ive been in this Starbucks at Albertsons about 10 times. I have never been treated as a valued customer. I watch as the Baristas give multiple free samples out. I asked to try a black and white. The girl said Id have to buy one and not like it. I said forget it. I purchased a product by their checkout. I did not get any stars as you would when making a purchase at a reputable Starbucks. Dont use this location unless you must. Sorry but thats how I feel due to my every visit being a let down.
