I purchased a new fridgerator for 100 dollars more to get it delivered faster ..very slow then the door was dameged just like the one on the floor. It has been three weeks plus since it was delivered..stayed home all day on a Thursday my only free day in town..did not deliver my new door plus my gate was broken by the guys delivering it..They didnt say a word..my dogs got out until I could get help from my son to fix it..its still not the same..its a old gate granted but its what I have to keep my animals safe..very disappointed..spoke ti Ronika directly..she kept promising ..cslling her today..will give a update..

You would be a fool to purchase anything here. I leased a washer and dryer here, have been making the lease payments for 3 months now, but still have not received my washer. They wont stop the payment, claiming i signed a contract, of course they dont care that the contract also stated i would have my merchandise. The order has been delayed 6 times already, they never bother to call to let me know it was delayed, i always end up calling them the next day. Every time i talk to the manager, or at least i assume shes a manager, she blames it on someone else and tells me to call them about it. Shes given me a warehouse phone number that no one would answer, and a owners phone number that was disconnected. Shopping here was a mistake, trapped me in a contract paying for something they wont give me.

Delivery crew was excellent very professional and prompt. Absolutely the best I have ever seen. 1000 tip wouldnt be enough

Roanoka, is amazing! Super helpful, went above and beyond to help us get the best deal. We wanted to buy local and glad we did. We had ordered a washer/dryer. When the washer didnt come in as expected, she offered us the floor model and said if we had any problems we could swap it out when the new one came in. We did have a small issue to which she honored her word and took ours back and gave us the new one. 100%satisfied

Such an amazing store, loved the welcoming. I recently went in to browse, I was in search of a new refrigerator and came across a wonderful young lady who approached me with assistance. I immediately hesitated as I explained to her that I was in a really tight budget. This lady was so kind, she said not to worry that she’d take care of me. Long story short, I was out the door with a new refrigerator and stove. I have no idea how I managed to afford both, this lady was amazing she worked with my budget. How I wish I knew her name, please come visit them.

I even know some of the employees by name. Ronika has helped me on many occasions and is very knowledgeable about any appliances or products I have questions about. This sears has a great vibe. Website says 9am doors say 9am..go by there at 9:15...no one there..shop Taft..kinda hard when everything closed cant get open on time..
