Great place to get your car repaired. The people are so friendly. Mr. Willie is the Greatest.

We took our car in based off a referral from our insurance agent. Terrible idea, and agent. Our car was in the shop FIVE months. Whenever we called to check in on it we were given the same lines every time, itll be up on the slab later today, maybe this weekend at the latest. We took it in to fix a coolant leak and a small oil leak. They put the wrong coolant in the vehicle so no telling what kind of oil was used. Within those five months they only called us once, to tell us our vehicle was turn key ready. So later that day, hours after the call, we were able to go pick it up and had to wait on the mechanic to put the battery back in. This guy also failed to put four screws back in place, to which he said he had no idea what they were for. We had to buy a new battery. The office is terribly disorganized. We were really bummed because we try to use local mechanics and he was the only one in town that said he could work on the vehicle in question. He seems like a nice, helpful fellow, but I feel like he took advantage of us or at least took on more than he could handle. Very disappointing experience overall.

I drove my van nearly into the ground moving to town. Took it to Willy and he offered some solutions. The first one didnt quite solve it so he moved on to the second with great success.Then I was looking to buy a wheel and tire for my van not much later. Id had a flat 30 miles away (remember I said Id driven this poor van hard). My spare was useless.He wasnt sure he had the right wheel so offered to go get my van, bring it back and see if what he had would work.I didnt ask! He offered!My roadside assistance company had left me stranded 30 miles from home but a phone call to Advanced Auto Repair fixed everything.Now THAT is service you dont expect!!

Came and towed us on their day off, and although we didnt need it, they could have towed the camper too. Now they are working on our truck, and I have no doubt, it will work out.

Great place to have your car worked on Willy a great guy

The service I recieved was disorganized and slow. They were never able to give me any clear estimate for when my car would be repaired. They did however fix the problem I had at a good price. I just wish it hadnt taken a little more than a week to get a repair that should have only taken one day!
