One of your employees has the phone off the hook or has a line open because its been busy all day. Im trying to check on a pair of basketball shoes we ordered in the store.

We ordered clothing and shoes online. Our package come into the store a couple of days earlier than expected.One item was to small but the team there was so much help. They had great customer service during our visit.

Hibbett Sports has always been one of my go tos for sports apparel. I always get great friendly service.

My first time at Hibbets, they had a pretty good selection and service is was nice. It just wasnt really my type of store

They didnt have the shoes I was looking for but they werent very helpful either, the staff was more interested in talking to each other about a theft in the store while they nervously watched me like I was up to something, and I dont think as a customer I should be able to hear an entire conversation between employees while Im shoe shopping, I went to another store for shoes after and am happier with my purchase there .

Decent selection. I would like to see more team sports apparel
