The drinks are good. They use a locally roasted coffee from Rose Rock coffee. This coffee is not bitter but has a smooth taste. The Mocha Latte is my usual drink.

I always get the caramel latte and its always perfect. Staff are friendly. No complaints!

It was a wonderful little place. It was a new an eclectic experience. Great to get away from the traditional baristas.

This place has the best Carmel frappe in the whole world! Well maybe! Lol but seriously it is fantastic and they have warm bagels and cream cheese thats my wife and Is Sunday routine. I would suggest getting the extra shot of espresso. Make you motivated!

We order every single weekend. The manager of all 3 shops working this morning was super rude and usually has a bad attitude. Our order was wrong as usual when she works and she was hateful the minute we told her it was wrong. She refused to fix our order and then refused our service from now on. She refused to give us the owners number after we wanted to complain about her attitude. We had to go to the other shop to have our order fixed. I’ve always loved this establishment but I’m done with it. We weren’t rude about our order being wrong we just wanted it fixed. You just lost an entire work places money. Our staff will no longer purchase from here.

My co-workers and I get coffee every weekend, sometimes twice in one day. They are large orders so we spend quite a bit of money every weekend. Every weekend has been great, coffee has been great, until this weekend. The girl (manager) who made our coffee was extremely rude and was agitated with our large order...even though we order every weekend...all the coffees were wrong and the the coffee was terribly bitter. We called and wanted them redone and she was very rude again and hung up. This place is usually good and coffee is good but she left a bitter taste in our mouths... literally. Thankfully another shop that is owned by the same guy fixed our coffee and was really nice and professional, they saved the company from losing our business and we will go to that shop from now on. The manager and her snooty attitude needs to be replaced.

The manager was very rude and always gets my order wrong. I’ve given chance after chance I’m done. I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you don’t want to do large orders don’t work in food/beverage service.

Price for a medium smoothie is $6.50 and $8.50 for large. Banana and blueberry medium smoothie was 8.50 after tax and caffeine shot. They also charge 3% for using a debit/credit card.
