The older lady that is in the smoke shop.You are also always rude. Customer service skills need to be worked on. “Hi how can I help you/ what can I get for you today/ect. When asked a question you mention everything, not what you have that refers to the question. You turn your back when talking and have attitude when I asked what you said.
