Terrible customer service. I waited for a week to hear back from them on a estimate. Called to see where it was at, Brian said it would be a few more days. waited another week, called back and he said they hadnt completed and had forgot about it. completely unprofessional. furthermore, they stated that there granite supplier (Verona in BA) was out of Dallas White granite delaying the estimate. Which was a lie because I went into Verona while waiting on my estimates with a competitor and they had a stockpile of the product I wanted.
