Always a favorite stop. They dont always have what Im looking for, but I regret buying games anywhere else. Ive even found some hidden gems in the DVD section (Metallica - Cunning Stunts). Staff is always great. I feel like they know, though I know they dont, and if theres ever a problem its taken care of.

Well, i guess its all pretty standard stuff, but i liked that the staff was capable of answering all of my questions relating to an old gameboy we picked up at a local sale. She recommended excellent games that were located in store. Definitely a positive experience!

This store rules..I have been able to find every little bit of game tech on the shelf and reasonably priced. I bought an OG Nintendo 64 and 5 connect v.2s at this store. This store has a great selection of games and niche tech both new and used.

Purchased a game with the sticker stating it was 20.95$ that was ON the shelf, looking at my receipt he charged me $36.95. When I went in to ask about the price difference he stated ‘the prices change’ and stuck a sticker on it saying $36.95! Not sure how that is okay to treat customers like that when it’s their job to make sure the correct prices are on there when they put them on the shelf for the consumer. Thanks Jacob :)

Great place to get cheap movies. Got 4 seasons of my favorite tv show for only $18. Love going here and building my movie collection. Saves me so much money!

Good place to find those hard to find items. Would rate higher but depending on days you may come in, employees may treat you as a burden.

I believe there should be a 30 day cash or card refund policy if the customer is not satisfied with a product. its ridiculous that there isnt one like almost every retail business. that is a big no go for me. Il take my business to any other gameshop because of the return policy of Game X Change. I bought a brand new item and dont like it. Now im stuck with it.

Awful customer service. I went in to sell my Xbox one that I had bought about 2 months ago. Perfect working condition. Nothing wrong with the system except for a tiny sticker that had been removed on the back. Btw, thats how it was sold to me at the exact same store. He wouldnt take it and didnt do anything for me. Terrible customer service.
