The young lady here did Verizons job better than them, especially since they did not want to do there jobs at all!!!

If you like more full service than the post office, Mail Mart is the place to go. If you just dont want to wait in line or if you want to ship a box and would rather have it packed and wrapped professionally. They handle UPS and USPS, bulk mailing and printing. They even have post office boxes available. Stop in and check out all the options this locally owned friendly place has to offer.

Mail Mart is a great place that has always helped with services I may have needed. Fed Ex, you put the package next to the address on the porch and didnt see they were different. Slow down and make sure you are accurate. Not everyone returns packages they received by mistake.

They are now closed which is a huge bummer because they were always really helpful and a great place for all shipping needs!

The second package sent via this place has vanished.I thought the first one was a fluke and probably the fault of the receiver.This is a different receiver. No tracking information.It could be the fault of UPS, lord knows they are a joke in this town, but it could also be this place. In any event, I wont use it again.

My mom and I went there a few minutes before closing and as we were walking up to the door the two young ladies working there rushed out and closed and locked the door and quickly rushed to their cars without acknowledging us. They saw us and closed shop right in our faces. They clearly dont care about business or their customers. They seriously need to think about hiring more considerate employees. I wouldnt be so offended if they had at least said sorry were, closed, but they wouldnt even look in our direction.

They said my address was not a real address i ben reciveing mail from the post office they know its a real address if the post office delivers my mail to tha address then why cant fedex find my address?

Always say hello n acknowledge me any time I go in. Go over and above to be certain a customer is pleased.Even if the item is tracked but does not arrive, they more than did their part to assist me in finding out what happened.

Always very helpful and a joy to go in and mail something off.
