Asked about sighting in a scope on a crossbow and they didnt even know what I was talking about.... Not good

Drove all the way from arkansas and their page said they were open....we show up around 1 they were not opwn or even looked like they even in buisness. Try to call and number wasnt active.

Dropped off a cup and knife over 3 weeks ago. Still waiting when they said a week ago they would be ready the next day. Now I cant get them to answer the phone. Hydro dipping has gone way down hill here. I just want my stuff back if they cant get it done like they said they could.

Have attempted to contact store via phone and fb messager. No answers. Customer service is poor. A small business should respond and take care of customers. Otherwise those small businesses go out of business.
