The staff are quite professional yet still pull off the relaxed feel. Never had a bad experience with Primetime. Prices have always been great. Product have been good. Defintletly live up to their slogan patients over profits. Would definetly recommend.

Primetime is the ONLY place I go..the staff is ALWAYS friendly and dont get to in your face about selling their product, rather give you time to look and gladly show you anything youre interested in seeing..never a long wait..host festivities for their patients and the community!!

First time in from out of town, and wow, the kid selling stuff was so rude. Im not 100% sure if it was racial? Or he was just incredibly insecure/immature. Anyway, will make sure I never choose this dispensary again.

Incredibly sketchy place with employees that genuinely dont care about their patients. What was believed to be a rock or something was found in our cannabis as soon as we bought it, and when it was brought to their attention they laughed it off and threw it away without reimbursement of any kind. Also, try asking for a receipt and see how much change you were supposed to get back from their system, because they say they have out the door pricing, but those numbers arent even what youre actually being charged for, its always a few bucks less and they just round it up when they tell you what youre paying.
