I never have what I need I always have to order it but I will give them credit that they always get it right. Last time I was in there was about to walk out they were very busy I was looking for a tool a specialty tool and I didnt see it on the rack so I just assumed they didnt have it a gentleman and ask me did I need any help as he was walking in from changing a battery I said no thank you I was looking for something but you cant see it he said what are you looking for I said a compression tester he said I we have mineral own program thats if I was looking to purchase it needs and what we also have them for sale or behind the counter and then went behind the counter showed me two different ones explain the difference of them in the meantime while helping another customer he multitask me compression test so I dont know it was a good experience by that gentleman asking me if I needed help the store made an extra hundred bucks that day

This is a well run store and the manager is very nice. She helped me with a warranty claim on an oil filter. The parking lot is not greasy like some of these stores. I appreciate people need to work on their cars by why do they think they can do an overhaul in the parking lot? They will put your wiper blades in for you as well as batteries.

Always helpful and friendly most times not too over priced on things.

Helpful friendly staff. I needed a 4 length of heater hose to use as a coupling. He helped me find a size that matched the part I was trying to fit. They didnt charge me for the short section of hose. (I also purchased a pair of hose clamps,lug nuts, & wheel studs during the same visit.)

Great staff. I purchased brake lights and they installed them for me without me asking. Prices are fair.

Always find what i need and if i cant the service is always there to help find what your looking for and also help out whenever you just need a personal opinion just in case you cant decide for yourself lol. I was al9ne and asked the manager for his opinion on designing my car and he was helpful and down to earth ! THEY ALSO MATCH ANY PRICE!
