Always very helpful even if you only get air in your tires. Great attitudes!Recently had car trouble, they did diagnostic, needed a battery. They didnt carry that particular one, so they jumped my car off, and told me exactly where I could get one nearby. Really appreciated the great customer service!!

Took truck in for repair awhile back and it never was right again.They paid for parts they tore up, but it never was right after that. Took wife car in to have alternator replaced, they said it was a 30 minute job. Go pick up car later and all kind of lights come on in dash. Go back. They say Alternator is overcharging the battery. This should have been checked before I ever picked up car. Then I got charged $10 for shop supplies???? A mechanic used a wrench to take part off and put another on.That is Labor charge of $52 What shop supplies did he use. NEVER going back to Talladega Express Lube.

This Talladega location is phenomenal. They are not to aggressive and promote additional services without pressure. Great job guys

They lied to me. They quoted me a PRICE and once they started my OIL CHANGE they took the PRICE UP. I HAD TO PAY,THEY HAD STARTED. THAT WAS WRONG.

Ive been bringing our cars here for years. James (the Manager) and his crew have always gone above and well beyond to take care of not just my car but more importantly my wifes and both daughters cars. Theyve always been honest and I trust them to not try and sell my daughters things they may not need and the diagnosis never changes once dad arrives. In short they treat my family like they would their own and thats hard to beat.

They were quick and easy you don’t even have to get out of your car. I went for an oil change and they checked almost everything for me and were very kind and told me everything I need to know.

Service was fast and friendly. In and out within 20 min the first car. The second not as fast but they were very busy and it was after 4pm. The time people get off work

Worst service I have ever had was told by a guy the day before they had everything to align my vehicle 6hrs and $300 later and it still isnt aligned

If I could give more stars I would! We were passing thru and our brakes went out, thankfully we found these great men that got our brake line fixed in just a short time and had us back on the road. Very professional. Thank you!

If you’d like to be overcharged or taken advantage of this is the place! They attempted to charge my mother (who knows nothing about cars) 75$ for a 5 minute hose change that I just preformed myself. That’s for labor alone. When asked why the mangers justification was “the book told me to”. Not to mention the 400% Mark up on the part and 10$ worth of unspecified reasons. This is clearly a shop taking advantage of its customers.

They tried to charge me like $800 for a $250 job so I took my car to 202 alignment and had the alignment done for $45 and theyre going to do the other job for $250 that Express Oil Change tried to charge me $800 for so I would never recommend them to anyone because they try to get you to get work done that you dont need done at the time when you can wait and have it done at a later time and then when you tell them that you would rather have your car done at a different mechanic that get an attitude and get mad at you so will never recommend then if you want a great alignment done for a great price go to 202 we had a truck align for $45
