Michaels has a good selection of products. They had the item that I could not find at 2 other stores. The service there is always too slow but staff is friendly. Their prices are affordable with constant sales on different products.

Their Frame Shop is excellent. High enough quality for real art or documents like diplomas.Ask for Tiffany in the frame shop.I just had 4 pieces of art, with the solid wood frames and custom mats they are truly beautiful. :)Todd

They have really gone down hill and tend to not have what I am looking for lately. Definitely recommend Hobby Lobby over Michaels any day

We walked in and 3 employees were at the front talking about customers and how they were Karens in front of other customers. I needed help finding something and approached an employee (very heavy set) and she snapped at me and said, yes! and followed that with, what do you want? I was taken aback, told her what I was looking for and told her I was sorry for bothering her, thinking she might apologize for her behavior. I explained Ive never shopped at Michaels. I then apologized and attempted to find my item. I will probably not shop there anymore. I have a small crafting business and drove an 1 - 1/2 hours just to shop with Michaels. I spent $100 and got my materials since I was there. I wont be back. My comment is in no means trying to make her lose her job, however since employees dont know any better to think they need to talk about customers in front of customers, maybe theyd need some interpersonal training. They are the face of your company and they are making you look bad.

Team members need to be more prompt with displaying items out on the sales floor after receiving shipments, they could also use a brush-up training course on customer service and problem solving skills. For starters: learn to better assess a situation, address the issue of items missing from the sales floor / apologize, and then offer the best solution (Example: if the customer has a baby with them, they most likely will not want to hear “just check back tomorrow” or “come back next week when we get our new shipment” meanwhile the website clearly states that it is currently In-Stock). Do not allow the customer to get to the point of urging you for better assistance, in other words, “do your job” and figure out whether or not the item is indeed in stock. Rather, offer the customer options: A) “I see you have your baby with you, if you have time, please wait here while I go check the back”, or B) “I understand if this quick errand is now running longer than you planned for, I’d be happy to have this item shipped to your home”.I wish I didn’t have to argue with anyone and had just received better treatment the two times I came to this store and interacted with the same employee who told me twice to just “come back” before she finally walked to the back and found the missing item.Jess — do what you will with this information, or do nothing at all. But whatever you do, do it better than you did today (and last time).

Salespeople were very helpful. The inventory was in transition. I was qble to snag several clearance items!

My daughter and I always love our Sunday trips to Michaels!!! Some prices are a tad high, but after u get all the discounts from online rewards, it totally makes it worth it, especially since they have the best supplies for art.

Its always a pleasure to come here. They always have a pleasant staff and an organized facility. Besides a few art specific online stores I tend to fill up on supplies here. They also have coupons available all the time on their website, so always look there before you purchase.

I like coming here because this store is clean, sales are okay, now coming here more often than Hobby Lobby as Hobby Lobby stopped the 40 percent off coupon. However, Michaels coupons still kinda suck

My favorite place to find decor or dyi tools!! Recently bought letter stencils for my welcome sign. Dont mine the letters the spray paint was loose while spraying.

Lots of crafts but I wished the store had a place for sewers, fabrics, patterns, etc.

A very nice store but very disorganized. Hard to find exactly what your looking for and with aisles that are very narrow you have to battle other customers to get down aisles and shop. The staff were nice and personable.

Paints out of stock. Low on other supplies, isles too narrow. Customers not social distancing. Staff was great, opening additional check out lines to make everything flow. Staff very nice.

Store is disorganized. A map would be helpful. Walked around looking for help. Finally walked up to check out area and found 5 employees working 2 registers. Finally found my product area, but they didnt have one large enough.

Nice associates and can always find what I was looking for.

No cross streets or beading books. Minimal supplies scattered in store. Merchandise not priced nor on correct rack. Ugh!

Well Im new here to Florida and since Ive been here Ive been doing a couple of projects Michael is the store that I go to and since Ive been going there I have been finding product that I needed if I have a problem with finding a product employees dont mind assisted me even today I went looking for wedding craft rings which they didnt carry the size that I needed and an employer was nice enough to check around for me to see where I can locate them so I can say that Michaels is the store to shopping for any projects that you might be doing or thinking about doing

As a person that loves to make arts and crafts, this is a great store Ive had great experiences with. A great store for art and crafts supplies and other hobby stuff.

This is the main craft store in town, with a large selection of flowers, paints, yarn, papercraft supplies, kids crafts, etc. with a large frame section and custom framing shop as well.Unfortunately, this store is so slow, slow, slow to check out. The line is always long! Service is friendly enough if you can ever get to the register. Returns, exchanges, etc. go through the register like regular purchases and this slows everything down. If you order online to pick up in-store, be warned the pickup is in the back with the frame shop.

I want to commend the staff at this store for being helpful & patient even when the store is packed with customers. They take the time to help you find what youre looking for & answer your questions about the products. One young woman especially stands out & her name is Dudadia, whom I pray will forgive me if I misspelled her name. The manager must be commended for setting the standard for the staff. Good job all around.

Its the most wonderful time of the year!!! And Michaels literally has everything plus amazing coupons (I saved $90!!). I felt like a kid in a candy shop and the customer service at the Tallahassee location was excellent!! Cant wait to go back for my decor.

Found the art supplies for my daughters 9th birthday. Found coupons online to use... outstanding! The cashier was helpful. However, it was hard to find help in the rest of the store, thus a 4-star rating. Otherwise 5 star.

First time visiting this jazzy Arts & Crafts store. Staff is friendly, ambiance was relaxing and casual. The aisles are maintained neatly and its easy to navigate throughout the store. Decent prices, a wide selection of products for all ages. Whether youre shopping for school supplies, fun activities for the kids and family, bird houses, party accessories or customized framing for your favorite photograph, Michaels is worth exploring.

I wanted to make Churros and thought of Michaels for their Wilton selection.Very disappointed in the baking selection for Wilton products. Not sure if its just this location or Michaels isnt selling much Wilton products.That being said...the store was clean and great customer service.

Online order Beware! They have a horrible return process! Must call and wait on hold for hours! The first person you reach is useless and only takes your information. The second person only gives you a case number the third person will inform you that you are paying for return shipping and a long wait to get your money back!
