100% better than scooterville. Scooterville charged me $70 to even look at my scooter as a “diagnostic”. They then told me that it would cost over $200 to get my scooter running after I had allready paid $70 for nothing. I decided to take the scooter to all about scooters for a second opinion. Nothing but great service no bullcrap $70 fee and they had me all up and running for only $130. ALL ABOUT SCOOTERS IS THE BEST DO NOT GO TO SCOOTERVILLE YOU WILL PAY MORE FOR THE SAME SERVICE!

Every time I bring my Kymco 250 there, there is bolts, screws missing. Parts arent installed correctly. I find myself willing to get it resolved, but Matt doesnt want to hear it. They will not make it right. Brought my bike for a speedometer cable replace and because the dash was difficult to remove, they just shoved it up in there. My girl accidentally knocked it over and cable came loose when it should be threaded on. It shouldnt come loose by knocking it over. Colin is great, but under pressure under Matt(the so called owner). His dad wouldve done better. Pos Matt. Driving businesses into the ground. Lost all hope.

Walked in to find a specific bolt to fit my sons dirt bike because I couldnt find one anywhere else, even an Apollo dealer. The guy brought one out but just by looking at it, I could tell it wasnt the right size. He went back, grabbed another one and it was exactly what I needed. Thanks guys! Nice workers, or at least I thought. I brought my scooter in for a fuel system clean, which they did but only to tell me after that I need another $100+ fix for my scooter to work. They promised it would have another 4,000 km life in it. However, it is now 2 months since this repair and my scooter has not worked for half that time. I cannot even get it started to bring it somewhere else to get repaired.

I just bought my first scooter(used) and had it towed to this shop. They did an awesome job and were really upfront about all the costs and how long it would take to get the scooter back. I really appreciated this since I had no previous experience with scooters!! They call you with an estimate before they do any work on the bike so you don’t have to worry about them doing work you don’t want them to! On top of everything when I picked up my bike I was really nervous because I had never driven one before let alone on the road with other cars. I didn’t know anything about the controls or how to handle the scooter and was basically screwed. Matt gave me a 5-minute crash course of the controls and explained the best driving practices. He even told me the easiest/safest way for me to get home by directing me through less busy roads. I made it home safe and sound to write this review and to be honest without that lesson I would probably still be in the parking lot right now trying to learn how to drive it lol.😂

From the first phone call to the last these guys were awesome, they were so very nice and polite. I have to be fair and say this never happens to me, not living there locally I felt I was in a position to be taken advantage of...these guys DID NOT do that. Im a very avid motorcycle guy and a 30 year jet mechanic for a major airline. Never ever do I have anyone repair my bikes but this time was different, I had no choice. My young daughter is a full time student in Tallahassee and she has a very clean and gently used scooter I recently delivered to her. Unfortunately she had a problem with it and it was in need of repair. She heard good things from All About Scooters so I contacted them. They were very helpful from the beginning, they had pick up transportation available with a local tow company whom also has excellent customer service. Her scooter was picked up, delivered, and fixed all in the same afternoon!! Simply ended up being a barely functional and weak battery. These guys could have easily inflated the repair costs but they didnt and Im so appreciative. In my experience they had VERY fair prices for everything they did and exceptional customer service. They totally made me out to be the hero Dad of the day! Thank you so much for helping so efficiently and kindly. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. A+++++++++Barry P

Ive taken my scooter here a couple of times to get it fixed or tuned up, and have never been let down with the customer service! Everyone I have talked to that works here is super polite, and happy to help. They will only try to sell you on what you actually need, and my scooter has always been taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, with a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend coming here whether youre looking for a new scooter, or just need to get yours worked on. :)

I went to All About Scooters to replace my motorcycle tires some months back and they were excellent!! (I should a wrote a good referral then!) However recently had bad carburetor problems. Collin and his staff took care of the problem at a very reasonable price. Bike runs great now!I totally trust them.

Purchased a Genuine Roughhouse 50 scooter from the gentleman at All About Scooters, and had an amazing experience. They were very helpful throughout the entire shopping process, and set me up with my dream vehicle. When I began to have engine issues resulting from missing regular oil changes, they helped explain how to avoid such issues in the future and made prompt repairs. They were extremely patient when I needed time to collect funds to pay for their work, and kept great communication the entire time. I trust their judgments to the fullest extent, and will continue to do business with them in the future. They truly have their customers best interests in mind (unlike other scooter places in Tallahassee that Ive done business with in the past). Would reccomend 10/10 times, especially for those incoming freshman looking to improve their mobility without breaking the bank.

My daughter, an FSU student, brought her scooter in for repair. When she went to pick it up, it wasnt there. She was told that AN EMPLOYEE HAD BORROWED IT to go to urgent care, and they didnt know when he would be back. WHAT?!? They offered her a ride home and $10 off her repair. WHAT?!? After a lot of nasty back and forth, they ultimately gave her the repair at no cost, but they BANNED her from coming back again as a customer. How did she become the villain in this story? Theyre lucky I dont live in Tallahassee because Id be contacting the District Attorney and filing larceny charges. For Gods sake people, buy and service your scooters anywhere else, but NOT at All About Scooters!

I had a wonderful experience with All About Scooters. I needed a scooter to get around town and after searching online found them to have the best deal in town. The staff was extremely helpful and offered options and ideas without being pushy. They got me what I needed and were patient even when we encountered a payment snafu. The sales manager went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with operating the scooter before I left and graciously answered all my questions. When I encountered an issue with an accessory I purchased (my fault, not theirs) the sales manager immediately offered to refund or exchange the item and one of the technicians helped make sure I had what I needed. I highly recommend AAS to anyone who needs an affordable transportation option.

Excellent people and service. I rolled up when my bike was making some noises. The gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond in diagnosing not only the problem, but did an impromptu inspection of my brakes and adjusted my idle. He also took my bike for a spin for a dynamic diagnosis. After giving me his precious time, he was kind enough not to charge anything. A model business and citizen - I shall certainly return when my bike has a real problem.

Just got back from their shop and fully believe that they couldnt have done a better job for me! I went in for a break pad change, but when I got there they told me that I had no need to replace them. They told me the real problem (deglazing the front pads), which was simpler and cheaper, and educated me on why it was the problem. They replaced another part for free for me, adjusted my back break pads, and let me know I needed an oil change. I had been having speed issues, and had never changed the oil (had 1779 miles on it). They answered my questions and were extremely friendly. The dog was adorable too! Riding away, everything felt better. My breaks felt tighter (not sure the term), and I went much faster than before. Ill definitely be going back! Thanks, guys!

While shopping for a scooter at All about Scooters I was at first happy with the selection and pricing they had available. However, after spending some more time there I realized that the staff were rude and incompetent of simple customer service qualities I learned while running a lemonade stand when I was 5. Additionally the website where they advertise prices for the scooters in the store is not up to date and they will not honor the lower advertised prices. To say the least I did not give them my business and dont suggest you do either, there is another scooter store on the other side of town that offers better prices and customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

On Saturday Apr 27, 2013 my scooter broke down outside of Tallahassee. I called and spoke with Collin at 10:30 and Roy came to pick my bike (and me) by 11:00.Originally, the drive belt was found to be broken, which is what Collin suspected was the cause of the problems. He gave me a ballpark estimate of about $130 (with the tow.)Once the case was open they found the belt was broken; they found the clutch and roller bearings were worn as well. In each case they showed me the defective part--their service department was completely transparent as was the service bay.The total cost was $231. I believe this cost was completely reasonable for the parts and labor involved. I was stuck without a ride, but I wasnt taken advantage of.My bike was fixed within an hour and a half.This shop is reputable and fair and I recommend them highly.

I purchased a used scooter that needed a few repairs, a back tire, idling issues and tail light issue. When I took it in I felt pleased with the $100 quote. When they reached $100 they called me with updates and asked for my permission to continue to work on my scooter. When I got the call to come pick it up I was expecting a $200-250 bill but when I got there to my surprise it was only $119.85 and they replaced my trunk as a surprise. I highly recommended them. Awesome staff, great prices and service. My only issue is I brought my bike in for service when it wouldn’t start and got it back in worse shape than when i brought it in. I stated the problem was due to running out of fuel and possible particulate matter in the carb. They diagnosed the issue as a vacuum hose disconnected and did not address my complaint. It was spitting and sputtering when I drove away. They blamed it on jetting yet it never did that prior to bringing it in. I have it in another shop. They found several disconnected hoses, a leaking fuel seal, and clogged jets. After a tank draining and a carb rebuild kit it runs great. I still have faith in the shop and the knowledgeable mechanic but will make sure my issues are addressed next time.

I had a loan approved for LANCE CABO 150cc at a competitor. They were out of stock. They told me they would have one in a week. The week came and no scooter. I was then told We dont know when we can get one. We have your number we will call you. I didnt feel very confident in this. I found website and address for ALL ABOUT SCOOTERS. Well to make a long story short. Because of their knowledge and desire to sell a scooter. With in 2 hours I was driving home on a new KYMCO SUPER 8 150cc. scooter. A much better scooter than I could have got. My next scooter will come from them. I highly recommend (ALL ABOUT SCOOTERS).

If you are from another state think trice before buying here. There is no return policy,you will be stuck with an unregistered moped or scooter. Dont be in a hurry, do your research, its cheaper to order online and put it together yourself.

Twice in a row i was called and told to come just to get there and had to wait over half an hour...AND THE GUY THAT SAYS ITS READY ISNT EVEN THERE...DONE with bad service..we spent a decent amount in repairs and maintenance and have since moved on!

Unbelievable Bait and Switch ExperienceI stopped by All About Scooters (2045 N Monroe St, Tallahassee, FL) twice in three days, looking to buy a scooter on sale. The first time, I was shown a Bintelli model, on sale for $949.00 by one of the salesman. It was an attractive offer, so after shopping around, I went back a second time. I was greeted the second time by their mechanic, who gave me a similar spiel about the sale they were running on the Bintelli Sprints, and having double checked the price online, I wanted to purchase the scooter. At the checkout, the salesman I spoke to on my first trip priced the scooter at $999.00 on the official paperwork. I stopped him as I saw him write it, and wanted to make sure that the scooter was still on sale. He responded “It’s on sale for $999, not $949.” This is the point that the friendly interactions I had up to that point with the staff turned sour. He denied he ever told me the scooter had a lower price point, and that their website did not reflect a lower price either. Knowing he was mistaken, I told him his mechanic advertised the same deal that day and I showed him the current company website (see attached images).This is when the store’s female owner, seated behind him, stepped in. She said “The price is $999.00, if they [the companies she buys the scooters from] go up, I have to go up too,” adding that the salesman I was speaking to “should have changed the website weeks ago.” At this, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing; the deal advertised by 2 different employees on 2 different days and on their website, was being denied in store, and the price of the scooter was being raised. At this point, one of the store’s other mechanics told the salesman to throw in a vague $70 value maintenance procedure, as if that would correct the flat out lying by the salesman and the owner. The owner at this point began to be quite hostile and rude towards me, giving me quite an attitude and insisting she was giving me “a better deal as if I was unable to understand basic addition. And yet I stressed to them that the ‘deal’ they were attempting to pawn off on me would not correct their blatant false advertising.Needless to say, that day, I took my business elsewhere and received an even better deal. What All About Scooters attempted to do was illegal. They advertised a product at one price and then attempted to sell me that product at a higher price. It’s false advertising, it’s a bait and switch technique, and I warn any buyer in the market to avoid the scam that is this business. Caveat emptor.
