Everyone is always helpful no matter what you are looking for. I ordered my husband a Cena for his birthday over the phone, paid for it over the phone and my husband picked it up a few days later on his way home from work.

On a foggy Friday morning Feb 26, 2021 I rode in 25 minutes late for an all day scheduled service. They took my motorcycle in and not only completed what was planned, but also found a link on my chain needed attention, a swollen gas line in my tank needed replacing, and added a trickle charge plug for my battery. Everything was done by the close of business and my cost was spot-on. I was able to ride my motorcycle 90 miles home with confidence. The entire staff was polite and helpful. They also stock an excellent selection of vehicles, helmets, apparel, and support supplies.

A professional and knowledgeable staff that provides superlative service. Set me up with a new Ducati Monster, and I love that bike! I just bought my first dirt bike from Florida Motor Sports! Kawasaki KLX 140G! This thing is sick! I went into the shop undecided on whether I wanted to buy a dirt bike or not. FL Motorsports had the KLX140 which is what I wanted. A beginner bike for a shorter guy. First, there were already people inquiring about buying it. I sat on the bike, got a feel for it, looked at, and then talked to Kent. Kent was easy to deal with and laid back but he was also super busy it seemed. I had nothing stopping be from buying the KLX everything pointed in the direction of buying the bike. I decided to make the deal as offered for the bike as well as a helmet, goggles, and a loading ramp. Deal was done in a couple of hours, and the shop is a pretty cool place with a lot of nice bikes so it wasnt so bad. Dirtbikes currently are low on stock just like almost everything through covid and so I jumped on this bike and Kent had it delivered the next morning first thing just like he said the night before. That afternoon I went to Silver Lake and ripped up the KLX! Fell down a few times, but was taking it easy as a beginner which made it even tougher out in that wet sugar sand. Excellent bike sold by Florida Motor Sports Kawasaki KLX140G, SICK!

Took in my kawasaki klr650 for new tires and wheel bearings. My hub ended up shearing somehow (48,000 miles on the hub). They replaced it for the right price. Truing a spoked wheel is a dying art, and they did it correctly the first time. I was upset my hub broke, but it happens. I recommend this shop and will bring my bike back when I need to. Great dealership to do business with! I was looking for a sportsman 1000 s and they were the only dealer to have one left in FL or GA. Ryan was very helpful and got the bike shipped to me over 5 hours away and still beat my local dealers price! Would definitely recommend Florida Motorsports!

These people are really great and nice. Lots of motorcycle places get a little annoyed with people just stopping in to look but they are very cool and not pushy at all. It is a very comfortable experience and they offer discounts all the time. I highly recommend stopping in.

I would really like to give FMS a high rating but Ive not been treated like a priority. Most of the staff is excellent but one in particular is my main reason for giving them a poor rating. The owner is great but not there very often.

Really great shop with local vibe. Ive been taking my Honda CBR600 up there for years and its always an awesome experience. I keep my bike very clean, therefore the thing I like most is theyre mechanics are very meticulous. Apparently all the techs have been working there for about 20 years so its good to know that they arent new to the game.

Brought my ducati in for service and the staff was spectacular. They offer military discounts on gear! Small shop but definitely recommend for your motorcycle needs.

Bought my first bike from these guys a few weeks ago (a 2009 Suzuki SV650s) for a very fair price. Tony was a pleasure work with, and sold me a clean and perfectly functioning bike that I have had a lot of fun with since then.I took the bike back to their service department to have it lowered recently. The mechanics were cool guys and seemed pretty knowledgeable. They were very understanding that I was in college and didnt have a lot of money to spend, and ate the better part of an hour to keep my bill relatively low. Ill definitely be returning to them in the future.

I came in to get a headlight bulb and everyone was super helpful and nice. I figured I could change the bulb myself, how hard could it be? Alas, I messed it up, and had to limp back to the store with my bike. They helped me fix my mistake free of charge. They also helped me locate a cheap replacement part for another problem since I dont have a lot of money. From service to parts, these guys seem to go the extra mile.

The guys at Florida Motorsports are an absolute gift to the European motorcycle world in The southeastern part of the country!! They have at least 4 amazingly competent and intelligent master mechanics! Matt Graham is a certified Ducati Master Tech. He heads up the service department along with Zack Rouslin - fantastic guys!I bought a showroom condition 1994 Ducati 900SS with 10,160 miles in Ft Lauderdale. On my way back to Georgia, about 350 miles north of Lauderdale, it began losing power and stalling. After turning off the engine and letting it sit for a while it would start up again and go about 10 miles before stalling again. The Jacksonville dealer was closer but does not work on older Ducs.I got it towed to Tallahassee to Florida Motorsports and got there about an hour before they closed. They were super friendly and accommodating. They diagnosed the problem and determined it to be either the fuel pump. What are the chances you can get a fuel pump for a 25 year old Ducati readily available to install anywhere in the US without having to wait a few days or weeks? Not good.But they didn’t stop there. One of their amazing mechanics, Ted, studied it for a while and came up with an alternate solution to having to find a Ducati OEM fuel pump ($400). He determined that a simple readily available ($100) external fuel pump could be connected and work fine.The next morning Matt called around and found a fuel pump at a local shop, made in the US, that is identical to the OEM pump but available and costing only $80. He got it delivered within an hour. Ted put it on and checked everything else, and I was out of there by 12:30 that afternoon. I got out for less than $400! I rode the rest of the 300 miles home without a hitch.What a gem this shop is!! It is worth it to me to make the 300 mile trip to take my Ducs to these guys and spend the night there if necessary than to go 65 miles to Atlanta. They are master mechanics who are honest and smart and super nice.Thank you, Matt, Zack and Ted for your professionalism, ingenuity and integrity. You guys are the best!! I will be back!Greg

I bought my Diavel elsewhere, but this is the closest Ducati dealership for service. I needed a first service on the bike and had a little trouble getting through on the phone for an appointment (since resolved, I believe). So I made the trip on a Saturday (60 miles) and Matt and the service team were great. They worked me in without an appointment and everything worked out great. Have to schedule a return trip for a test ride on a Trophy to replace my long haul bike soon!

I brought my older bike in for service at Florida Motor Sports. It was in bad shape motor wise. I knew it would be expensive and would probably take some time. I wanted to bring it here specifically because of the mechanic on staff named Wayne. I have heard great things about him from fellow riders and business owners in town. They fixed my issues with my bike, but with the loss of my gas cap and a couple of bolts. Yes, they lost my gas cap. How? I have no clue and neither do they. This is a little scary giving that a gas cap is not meant to be off of a bike long enough for it to go missing. This also questions how organized they run their business. I requested they order me a new one and overnight it. They did do this, but it was a cheaper and a completely different style and color gas cap. I was pretty discouraged with this and let my feelings known to the owner Kent and staff. Being a business owner myself I would have handled it differently. I would rate their customer service a 2 out 10, yes that bad. The final stray to what lead me to even do this honest review of their service was when I checked my radiator fluids on my bike and noticed a different brand of coolant was put back after the repairs, different meaning not as expensive and not as good. I asked the owner Kent if I could get a replacement of my coolant and he said Ya, you can buy some at full price, WTF? You would think after the embarrassing mishaps he would show some good faith and fix his companies mistake, but no. I will never return to this shop and I will try to warn people that ask me about their service. I would like to add if you spend a lot of money with Kent and buy new bikes form him you will probably get better service than I received. Unfortunately I am not in the financial position to spend 20k a year with a bike shop just to receive better customer service.

Wore out the clutch in my Triumph Tiger 800 trying to get it out of a mud hole near Perry while on a solo trip to Florida from Indiana. Nursed it on to Tallahassee the next morning and took it to Florida Motorsports. Jason, Devin and Max were absolute life savers and got new clutch parts overnighted so I could get back on the road to Indiana. Jason called around and found me an affordable hotel nearby and Devin even gave me a ride over and helped me with my luggage! The parts came in the next day and Max had the bike ready to go in 3 hours. Devin picked me up at the hotel and brought me back to pick up the bike. These are the kind of guys who make me feel good about being a rider. If I lived anywhere near Tallahassee, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They will take great care of you with a great deal on a beautiful bike!I recently bought a 2013 Triumph Daytona 675 from Florida Motorsports. I initially spoke with Tony about the bike. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable answering all of my questions. There was no pressure to buy immediately and everyone there was extremely helpful.Kent, the owner, is a great guy. We spoke at length about track days, and the classes available at the track as I am completely new to sport bikes and want to learn all I can.I quickly put 600 miles on my bike making it ready for the first service. Unfortunately for me I was in the middle of my busiest time of year and was unable to take the bike in for service. Kent drove to my house, put my bike on his trailer, and drove it back to the shop for its first service. When the service was finished I was still unable to pick the bike up. Again Kent came to the rescue, loading my bike onto the trailer and driving it home for me. This is truly above and beyond service.Jason in the parts department was also very helpful, finding me several options for things that I wanted to add to my bike.Devon and the service department is incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and bend over backwards to help me get my bike back as quickly as possible. I cant stress enough how pleased I am with the service department.Everyone in the dealer is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy that I chose Florida motorsports to purchase my bike. Longtime local businesses like Florida Motorsports are the best places to go.

Absolutely terrible, I was quoted 2 weeks, and $200 to fix my 4 wheeler, 6 weeks later I get a phone call, saying it will cost closer to $1,000.4 weeks, and $800 off the estimate I was given. And I had to pay $50 for them to put a compression gauge on it! I CAN BUY ONE FOR $20!Also, they charge $100 PER shop hour, thats NOT including any shop tools or equipment used, or parts the have to order. Thats simply labor.Im absolutely, 100% dissatisfied with them, and I will never go back, take anything to them, or buy anything from them ever again.Costumer service gets a 0/10,Value gets a 0/10Friendlyness gets 0/10Service 0/10I would never recommend a friend to go here. EVER!

I purchased a pre-owned mini dirtbike for my 2 sons on Christmas Eve this year, 2012. I called ahead that morning to ask about thier selection and Tony was very helpful. He provided all the info I was looking for so when I arrived at their shop, I was pretty much ready to make my purchase. The whole staff provided a customer service that was above and beyond excellent. I also needed to purchase 2 different youth size helmets for my 10 and 7 year olds. They made me a great deal on these 2 new helmets. Well, wouldnt you know, I chose the wrong size for one of them. We went back in today, 12/26, and they ordered me the same helmet in the correct size and are having it shipped in at no extra charge. I am very pleased with my experience at Florida Motorsports and will be back when its time to buy that second youth size dirtbike. Thanks for all your help and great service.

I simply called this shop to have them quote me a price for labor on replacing the fork seals on a pair of fork which were already removed from the bike. When I called I was told that their labor rate ($85/hr) was the lowest in town, which it IS NOT, and tried to tell me that it would take 3 hrs to accomplish this task. After trying to ask why this would take so long, the person who I was speaking with told me that I could do it myself, or take is somewhere else. I wonder why people are so rude in an economy like this. Shouldnt they be trying to earn business? I guess this rude, very rude customer service is tolorated by the owener and managers at this strore. Therefore, if you do not want to be disrespected, treated rude or taken advantage of go somewhere else.
