The food is good don’t get me wrong, but I waited a whole hour for two bagel sandwiches. I know staffing is hard right now, and I was willing to wait a little longer than usual- but the service was not friendly. I waited to place my order for 20 minutes. When I asked what happened to our food after 30 minutes, the server said it’ll be out in a minute. 10 minutes later after he brings food to two other tables, I ask again and he tells me they are remaking it. I did not feel like they cared about customer satisfaction. He hardly apologized and made no eye contact. They ran out of bagel flavors before 11am, and they did not seem to be in a rush to assist customers or attend to the line out the door. I used to love this place but it will be a long time before I come back. I think there needs to be a revaluation of the management team. It is just not the same friendly atmosphere that it used to be.

Soon as I walked in the store to get my door dash orders, the black girl said “who you picking up for”….. ummm I replied GOOD MORNING! she never said good morning back and only said “it’ll be 10-15mins”. The next lady in line, which was a white lady, was greeted with a good morning how can I help you… smh. HORRIBLE customer service. Nice restaurant, horrible service from the black people. Sad.

Took an hour to get food. Food was dry and not cooked well and my friend found hair in her food. It was a not busy and still the worst service I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else.

Great place to meet up for breakfast or brunch. Good coffee can sit outside with dogs. Nice waterfall, needs fish. LOLFresh bagels had the smoked salmon, on cheese bagle. Will be back.THANKS

I love smoke salmon bagels and it’s the only place on NE side of town. They are the WORST. I will order it online and STILL wait 30 mins in line for someone to recognize I’m standing in line! It’s a bagel it should take 2 seconds. They need more staff to help.

This is a terrible place. It smells like wet floors and burnt toast. The food was cold, the staff was rude, and it took 25+ minutes for a small order. I cannot think of a single thing good about this place. I will never come back.

I’m not from around here, and bagel market is the only place I will eat breakfast now! Dunkin’ Donuts is 2 minutes away and absolutely does not compare to the soft, delicious meal you will get here!!!

While the food and coffee are awesome, the speed of service is painfully slow. It took about 40 minutes to order and receive two bagels and two coffees. The staff seems to be pretty young, so I can look past slow service for great bagels and coffee at a good price point. What I can’t look past is the employee I watched wipe his face with his gloved hand and continue to make food so many times I lost count. 🤮

I am so happy to have found a great locally owned bagel place in Tallahassee! Ive been looking for years. The bagels are delicious, the coffee is great, and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place over the big chains.

Waited FIFTY minutes for two bagels toasted with cream cheese. They were not busy at all. Got the wrong food after already waiting 50 minutes so had to wait another 10 on my correct order

Yummy! Veggie melt on artisan-bread and a delicious breakfast sandwich on a jalapeño cheese bagel! Friendly service, plenty of umbrellas outside to shade the sun. Nice find on the way to Panama City!

Extremely slow service and limited menu,all the while still taking to-go orders while the line stretched out the door. Took over 50 minutes just to order our food. Come to find the egg in the egg sandwich is pre-made egg pucks that they reheat. Will not be back.

Actually vaguely heard about it before but the dining program recommendation made me make the decision of paying them a visit eventually. I found reviews about them sometimes being slow, so when I arrived and found there were not a lot of people ahead of me, I was quite relieved - yet until a group of guys came in AFTER me. So I waited a long time since they sent my food to someone else and then I was told the mis-sent order used the last bagel of the kind I ordered. And then waited for remaking, and then they seemed just totally forgot about my drinks and had to make them after all these. Food was good, not excellent but nor take-one-star-off quality. But the service indeed can and should use some improvement.

Hands down the worst bagel i have ever had in my life, barely cooked, hardly no cream cheese, a big disappointment:-( If i could give ZERO stars i would, smoked salmon cream cheese was tasteless and so sparingly applied i had to open it to be sure it even had any on it. Luckily we used a buy 1 get 1 coupon, and honestly the $3.50 we paid for 2 bagels wasnt even worth it. Bruegglers is actually better and they are a chain.

Great spot. I had a multigrain bagel and they do have espresso drinks as well. Clean fast service and directlyoff Thomasville road. They do have breakfast sandwiches and regular breakfast too. My favorite stop when Im in Tallahassee

EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO WEAR MASK. The food is good and all but one of the employees were very nice. The problem I had was I was approached at the counter when ordering by an employee that was not wearing a mask. I was quite uncomfortable with that. asked why he was not wearing a mask. He got frustrated and asked another employee (who was wearing a mask) to take his place. He then moved to the food prep station and never put a mask on. So he’s preparing your food without proper face covering. It’s unfortunate that this one thing altered my experience for an otherwise good business.

Bagel market is the best, they have a wide selection of bagels and they have great salads and they make fantastic chai latte, they have so many options. The people that work there are so nice and the overall ambiance is wonderful.

Once you get your food it is actually good. My issue is that the wait times are horrible. I waited 45 minutes today for 3 bagels. I thought about cancelling my order but there were only two employees and they spent more time making food than being at the register. I also witnessed 6 people walk out because they were so tired of waiting. I wish I had not wasted my time.

I go to Bagel Market as often as I can. The bagels are wonderful and its the one place in town to get as authentic of a lox bagel as possible around here. I love this establishment.

The Bagel Market has always been one of my favorite bagel places in town. Their everything and cinnamon sugar bagels are to die for and their melts are very good too! Big fan!

Update: After I got home the order was wrong also, so I had to drive back to return it Holy Moly!Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. You will wait no matter when you order your food for pick up. I ordered for ASAP, it told me it would be one hour. I showed up 1 full hour later (for bagel sandwiches!) and they said please give us 10 more minutes and then they didnt have enough egg for my sandwiches. And now waiting 30 minutes and counting!!!!!!!...........Boy I will go to Brugers Bagels even though it is further.

This is my new fav place for breakfast, the food and service is so good. Also the atmosphere is nice and you can get tea for free! The wifi is a bit iffy but thats my only complaint.

Slow service. More concerned with delivery service orders than the line of customers out the door.Then when you order 3 toasted bagels and cream cheese with coffee, none are toasted.Staff appropriately for weekend rush times or turn off the delivery service if you can’t handle both.

The bagels are delicious. The coffee is lovely (my cappuccino was a bit hot, but thats alright). The art is wonderful. A perfect spot for a quiet Saturday morning.

Best bagel place in town. Not a chain. Bagels are always fresh, and they often run out of certain types of bagels for a while until a new batch is finished. I always get the everything bagels, and they are very generous with the everything. One of my pet peeves with many bagel stores is that the everything is just sparingly applied to only the top of the bagel. Not here. Both sides of the bagel are well-covered with the herbs. The Bagel Market also offers many other menu items for breakfast and lunch. Hot or cold wraps, egg dishes, muffins, etc. One unique item is the Southern Parfait, consisting of alternating layers of grits, eggs, grits, bacon, grits, sausage, grits, cheese. Surprisingly good, and just the right amount of food. Good espresso drinks, and good, friendly service.

I’m jaded having just come back from NYC where delis are everywhere and the tough part is going to the best of the best ones. Having just experienced the best bagels and breakfast sandwiches around, this place is very...average.Smallish bagels, kinda thin but fairly tasty. Ambiance is alright. Nothing outstanding, but not terrible either. Going to try out the other bagel place in town as well.

As bagel places go, this place is alright. I had a cheddar bagel with smoked salmon and a cup of chili. The chili was a pleasant surprise as reheated soups go. It was very meaty and had some rich chewy steak. The bagel was pretty average, on the level of store bakery, not quite as generous as Costco. The cream cheese was very light on the smoke salmon. I like subtle flavors as much as the next guy, but I ordered smoked salmon to taste it. It was so flavorless, I thought they gave me plain by mistake. I opened it up and spied a tiny speck of salmon. The cheddar bagel completely overwhelmed something as strong as smoked salmon. The best way to measure the salmon was in parts per million. I was a bit disappointed.

Food is delicious, service is the worst. My last 4 trips here I’ve had to ask the workers to prepare my smoothie. They forget every time. I end up with no drink at breakfast and then have to wait around after eating in order to get what I ordered earlier. Once is a mistake. 4 times in a row is laziness or non care

Friendly staff. They need signs overhead indicating where to stand to order your food (my first time there and I had to ask a customer who was waiting on an order). The Breakfast Parfait is better than I expected (a nice combination of ingredients) and it is a solid little meal. There were lots of bagel sandwich and breakfast wrap options on the menu. Its a nice break from chain options.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered the chicken fajita sandwich. I love fajitas so I figured it would be great! Wrong! It basically was chopped chicken, tomatoes and raw onions. The jalapeño cream they put on the bread was bland and in no way tasted like jalapeños or a fajita for that matter. To top it off, the bread was like a store bought loaf. Why would I go to a bakery and want a plain and very unflavored, store bought meal? I called to let the manager know of my displeasure and she laughed in a condescending way when I said it was probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever bought. She didn’t seem to care why and instead interrupted me while I was talking and stated the chicken fajita was one of their most popular sandwiches. For this particular sandwich to be $9, I expect it to taste like $9 worth. It didn’t! My 5 year old could make a better sandwich! I have no idea about any of the other food but if it is anything like the fajita sandwich or their customer service/care for their customer, it’s a hard pass from me!

This is really an outstanding place to sit and eat or get it to go. Fast, friendly and the food is fresh! They even remember your name if you visit more than a couple of times. Great customer service from Jeanine and the crew. Never a disappointment.

Absolutely delicious. Stopped here for lunch and had a fabulous chicken Caesar salad wrap. I am so happy to have found this place! The atmosphere is bright, cheerful and open,and the staff are very courteous.
