Looking for some fabric today to finalize a project. JOANN had exactly what we needed. The cashier greeted me upon entering the store. The young lady cutting fabric (Jessica) was very courteous and helpful. She took me directly to what I was looking for. Overall pleasurable experience. We will visit again.

Me and my 3 girls go in Joanns a few times a month at least. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Yall have a new girl at the front, her name is Matilda, I believe, and she is a DOLL. Protect her at all costs, she is absolutely adorable and so sweet.

Crafters, decorators, & those who love sewing can do damage in this store. Its a paradise. So many wonderful distractions! If you create an account online, worthy coupons for online/store use are always available.

It has pretty much everything youd expect from a crafts and fabric shop, but the prices were a little bit too high compared to some of the competitors

There are quite a few inexperienced workers, and they may not be able to answer any questions fully. Still, they will try to direct you as best they can, or refer you to someone with more experience, when available

Nice store, kept clean. Couldnt find a woodsy pattern fabric (that wasnt for the winter holidays) I could use to make valances in our RV. Upon checkout I was bummed that the clerk did not remind me of coupons and using my app, I had to ask if there were any coupons that would be available (I am new to the app), and the response was oh, youll need to open an app on your phone for that. And I did, and I saved $7, big deal!

Staff were very friendly. Knew right where the items I was seeking were located. Was a very pleasant experience.

Im a guy and I even love this place. They help me with fabric when I need it, I just did a headliner in a friends car and they recommended the fabric to use which turned out very nice. The cashier gave us a great discount and if you use the coupons online, you can get 20% off or five dollars off a larger purchase. Using the app helps to with the regards to saving money. Joannes is my favorite craft shop in Tallahassee period.

Yarn, fabric, elastic, holiday decorations..... I love to visit my local JoAnn Fabrics to work on my crafts.

I always been a Jo-Anns girl but they have lost me. They didnt have nothing I was looking for and no one was on the floor to assist. Everyone was on the register. The pricing was extremely high. I ended up finding better service at the Hobby Lobby up the street. They had a enormous select. The staff was around and joyful. A manager person guilded me to the direction of what I was looking for. Everything I was looking for was there on top of that, I found a item I thought I was going to have to get off the internet. That was a win. The only problem I had was there pricing was more then I spend on some items and Michaels vinyl is less and better quality. So I will be going there for that. Guess where I wont be going? Jo-Anns with that poor customer service, poor selection and high prices.

I mean.... They have items. The store itself is shabby. Not really a pleasant shopping trip. Just a necessary shopping trip. They are usually out of some items but not enough or often enough to complain. This is the ONLY Joanns in town... So....

They have a lot of stuff here. Between here and Michaels you should be able to find everything you need for crafting

They do NOT enforce the mask mandate !! there were customers with NO MASK ON and employees will not say anything to them or enforce the mask mandate. Furthermore, there are employees visibly sick with red eyes and persistent wet coughs. This store does not care about customer or employees safety. Very unsafe environment. I do not recommend this store during the pandemic.

Large selection of material. They had everything we needed plus we found out it was a great place to buy face mask. Please go there and purchase face masks. For every mask you purchase they donate a mask to schools.

Checkout is a big long because everyone is returning something or doing some coupon shenanigans, but otherwise a good experience.

So many things to look at in this store. Its not just about fabric. Theres all kinds of hobby and kraft stuff in here and most of it priced right. And heres something lacking in a lot of stores today, the people that work here are all very helpful. How nice is that?

I went in for the buy one get four free deal which was not advertised anywhere in the store but was advertised online. I tried for 15 minutes to find someone to talk to me but there seemed to only be 3 people around the entire store. Finally the woman I talked to shrugged and said “yeah we have that deal going on” while rolling her eyes. So I asked if it was just not advertised and looked at me obviously annoyed and said “yeah.” So easy to say that I will not be coming back, especially with the unimpressive selection of items on sale.

Very quiet cute area, only complaint would be the girls at cutting table were talking loudly and poor guy up front running around doing everything!

I just love this store. I can usually always find what Im looking for and some things I didnt know they sold.

Theyre doing social distancing right AND they have a wider variety of items than I wouldve ever guessed. Also, their people were helpful and nice.

Always have knowledgeable staff willing to help you get your craft done. Ive gone in for help with fabric and design choices for my 2 kids Halloween costumes over the years and theyve always been able to help. also have a big selection of cosplay fabrics!

My last three or so visits have been very disappointing as the employees here really lack in customer service. No one at the cutting counter or registers when myself and others are waiting. Employees won’t make themselves available to help or answer questions and just ignore customers.And all the various cashiers act as if it’s their first day on the job - unsure how to ring items up or properly complete a straightforward and simple refund.

Joanns is always an awesome place to be with the best customer service available. Ive only run into one issue while shopping there... The AC is never cool and with the majority of days in our area being hot and humid, I never stay as long as I would like. I wish the people in Ohio would take pity on us Florida shoppers and make it more pleasant. When I get hot, I leave and when I leave, I dont spend as much.

Their customer service is a joke. I called to see if they had a fabric in stock only to be left on hold for 20 minutes with no response. I hung up the phone and dialed again and they had no problem answering immediately just to put me on hold again for another 15 minutes with no response. When I decided to visit them in store I watched as their phone rang and they proceeded to put the person on hold and did not bother picking up the phone again to answer.I then placed a buy online pick up curbside order. I called as soon as I got there and was parked at the very front of the store. The employee said that they would be right out with my order, 20 minutes pass. I called them again and finally someone came up to my car and gave me my items.This Joanns has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to customer service and response times.

Was not the cleanest inside of the store. Many areas looked to be thrown together. Had many craft supplies there. Was time consuming to find what I needed. Only saw one person in the store and she was pleasant. Pricing was ok but not great. Quality appears to be on par with other craft stores.

It is a large clean store. It is a craftiers dream. I think they have everything you need or want. The employees are friendly and helpful. The prices are moderate. They have coupons and items on sale all the time.

Help!!! I spent way too much money here unless I use coupons. I only gave it four stars because their prices are pretty steep, however they do honor coupons from and will price match if you find an identical item for cheaper elsewhere.

The inventory is smaller than most Joans but the coupons can not be beat. We come here often and get our crafting fix on a budget. The employees are all about you saving that money. Theyre happy and helpful and make up for the few things I wish they had more of. It can get busy but they get on registers quick and try to help remedy any long lines.

I go here about four times a month. Love the staff. Very helpful, friendly.

This is a small JoAnns, which I wasnt expected. I started to give it a 4 star rating, but as I thought about it, the store deserves a 5. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Not just 1 person, everyone I talked to. The store is quite clean and organized. They didnt have everything I wanted, but I cant be upset about that.

The pickup service is decent, but only if you dont expect it the same day. Additionally, you actually have to go through the line with everyone else, which is atypical for pickup service, so thats kind of annoying. I actually went, after ordering online, allowing for two hours to pass, and I ended up just finding the items myself in the store because they werent ready. If pickup service doesnt matter to you, this store is as good as any other Joanns Ive been to. Its also pretty big.

I was very pleased with the friendly knowledgeable staff. The selection was good. We had an overall good experience.I found the store to be a bit dark, as if the lighting is not bright enough.

Store looked like it did in the 80s. There are up to date products but it feels like a time warp when you walk in. I thought they might be closing the location but nope it just looks like that. I did find what I was looking for so Joanns is still the place to go for sewing needs.

First let me say I love Joann. I spend alot of time and money there. I know most of the staff and they know me. That means alot to me. What the heck is up the bathrooms being out of order more often than not. Not a good way to keep customers. I have left on more than one occasion because if it. Also, the temperature of the store is either crazy hot or crazy cold making shopping uncomfortable.

Generally speaking, this is a nice fabric store open 7 days a week. The staff do their best to help their customers to the best of their ability. I have found myself helping other customers to pick out Fabrics either due to unavailability of Staff or lack of knowledge related to fabric and/or location of sewing notions. The store could use some general updating and DISPLAYS of finish sewing projects for example quilts, clothing, stuff dolls, ect.

Prices are high but you can sign up to receive discounts. I wish they would just reduce their prices and avoid playing their sale/discount games. Not many other places in our area that sell fabric so youre kind of stuck. The staff are always helpful and friendly though.
