The mattress in Tallahassee was so wonderful. I had a wonderful customer service experience. They made sure that I found everything I was looking for within my budget. And when you’re picking about mattresses like I am it is difficult to get what you want within you’re price range but they made it happen! Rich was great! I went to the location on North Monroe and he was honest, transparent, and even recommended another place to look at mattresses. To be completely honest I had a horrible experience when I first moved down here about a year ago and I was incredibly hesitant to come here again. I am glad I gave them a second chance I tried going to American Freight, capital bedding and thrift stores but all the other beds felt cheap and bouncy. He could have attempted to sell me on 3-4x of what I spent but he respected my decision and he just laid out all the good options and let me pick.Awesome sales guy and will treat you like Family. 👍🏽

The worst experience ever! Bought a new king size mattress, had it for a week. I called and told them I was very uncomfortable sleeping on it. I was told to give it a few months, so I did. I went back to the store, where I told them I want ed to exchange it. So we did. When the mattress came it was filthy, full of stains! I refused it. Now I am waiting for my refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!! Very unprofessional, and the delivery people said, well you get what you pay for..well I expected excellence since we paid over $3,000.

Upon pulling up at Mattress Firm in Tallahassee FL. right off of N. Monroe, Mr. Todd welcomed me at the door and from there continued to amaze me. I went into the store for only one mattress purchase but Todd was such a great professional sales store representative that I ended up leaving with two complete beddings. Todd was very practical and personal. Other customers came in but Todd took his time with me until all of my sales transactions were completed. He made me feel so welcomed. The competition for purchasing mattresses are great but I would recommend stopping into the Mattress Firm off of N. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I went into the N Monroe St Location last week to buy a mattress for my bedroom and my sons bedroom. Upon arrival, I walked into the store, and was not greeted. I began to walk around, and looked at a bunch of mattresses. The sales person, Jimmy, finally decided to get up from his desk, from off his cell phone, to assist me. I began asking questions about a few mattresses to make a decision, and Jimmy was rude, had an attitude, seemed that he did not care about the sale. I decided to not continue on, and walked out.I think that you all should get rid of people that do not care about their customers, nor that are on their cell phones when they have a customer come into the store.Thank you,Tiffany J.
