Absolutely phenomenal service, very professional, attentive, and fast. The tables are kept in good shape and the food, drinks, and rentals are reasonably priced.The atmosphere is plesent, though the music is a little too loud and there are a number of people not wearing masks in close proximity, this is par for the course for this type of establishment.

Awesome dive pool hall. Cheap drinks and a wide menu always make me smile. Tho the boom boom shrimp were inedible, everything else was fine. Speaking of fine, take a peek at the bartenders or your server! Tons of pool tables. Decent amount of TVs. Dark, cool and thankfully clean on those hot Florida days and nights. I will always come back!

The food was pretty good. The service was terrible I got my food and a timely fashion then the bartender never came back. After my food was cold I finally got up and ask her for condiments she was on the cell phone talking or texting the whole time I was there it was only one other customer at the bar

Came here on a Friday night and it was slammed!!! Lots of pool tables and non-smoking. If you come on a weekend, you may have to wait on pool table or waitress. It was super busy, we got a table but harder to get a waitress. Instead of fish tacos, I got pork. I was disappointed but wouldn’t stop me from saying this is a nice place and I would be back. I hear the food is good, hopefully on slower night I’ll get what I ordered. Bartenders great!

Went here on a date. I dont play pool or billiards. So it is not my scene. Overall, clean establishment that serves alcohol and bar food. More than 15 pool tables. This place also sells pool cues and such.

Food was on point, service was not. I had to consistantly remind my server what i had order, including my check which just got to a point i had to yell across the entire building to remind her to bring to me because other things including changing songs on the jukebox were so much more demanding then tending to guests.

Way overpriced food. The menu said $10.50 for ten wings after I ate them and asked for the bill they charged me $18 dollars for 10 wings because thats the current market price. Dont eat here so many other better places to eat. Just play pool here. I really cant believe they rob people of their money like that, they could have told me upfront and given me an option . I came on a Monday the waitress gave me my beers quick then never came back to get my secret price wings so the manager came over. He being the manager should of told me the price of the wings since there is a 8 dollar difference. This wasnt a 5 star restaurants wings lol not worth 18 bucks.

The price for wings is outrageous. My card was charged more than my receipt.I called to complain and left my information, No one has contacted me. So check your bank to verify your charges. I wont ever order anything from them using my card again. Wont get me twice.

Good drinks, yummy food, good vibes; nice spot over all. Friendly waitresses. Bonus points for being non-smoking. The only thing that looked too old to enjoy was the mini bowling....other than that, nice hangout spot.

Ratchet. Packed with people. No security checks, no lat downs, no purse checks NOTHING! and could be very dangerous if something breaks out inside. This needs to be addressed. Too much violence in Tallahassee for no security. Fix this ASAP!

It was nice and clean. Staff was nice food was good. It was my first time going..and Im looking forward to going again. Oh yeah the prices are decent.

I come here and love the scenery love playing pool. Food is great and it’s not to busy on weekdays. I’m leaving a 1 star review because today I walk in and no one is wearing a mask in the whole building that includes employees. No care in the world. One of their employees just tested positive roughly 1 week or 2 ago. They’re putting others life in danger which is unacceptable. It made me very uncomfortable.

The first time we visited the new Zingales we waited for about 2 hours for a pool table.. and we put a food order in and waited for 45 mins for the waitress to come tell us that the kitchen was closed...the next time I called ahead and we had zero wait time. Love this place for shooting pool. Making it non smoking indoors was a great choice in my opinion :-)

Worst experience ever!! Water had stuff in it and taste bad and that’s after for a new glass. Then my waitresses didn’t know anything on the menu or how much anything was then never came back when she said she would to give me a price. Then they want tell me two beers that are domestic are imported beers like nobody knew anything about anything. Then the food took forever like this place is just bad!! Don’t ever go here if you want anything!!

Got a table with multiple friends, and the wait time was over 1 hour to get a drink with a waitress. Went to the bar to tell the bartender that I wanted to close out and hadnt seen the waitress in an hour and suddenly my table existed again. If you are trying to get drinks and not sit at the bar you are better off going anywhere else. I would not go back. Also none of the employees wear masks!!!

Im from the northeast. Ive lived a long time in the south as well. I really like Tallahassee/Tally. This place fits right in with the vibe here. Attractive, professional staff. Reasonable prices. Lots of TVs and a huge floor with good pool tables.

Better Training Needed!Night 2: An Experience From Restaurant Hell, wait 35 min. for server, order 1 beer, one soda, one wine, 30 min. later it arrives. Ask for dinner menu, 10 min. later it arrives. Stay with me here, ask for another beer, never arrives, place order for dinner, it arrives 1 hour later, cold wings, salad wrong, nacho order wrong, server passes by us at least 5X and ignores us.All Told - there for 3.5 hours just for a quick 2-beer dinner!We observed at least 5 people leave without having been served their dinner, which the oblivious server had to bring back to the kitchenPlace $5.00 in bowling game, it doesnt work. One apparent manager passes by, try to get his attention for food and we get Yea, not my problem. This is entirely 100% accurate. Do Not Enter HellI give it a ONE just to be able to post.Advice to Owner SELL or Fire Everyone and start over and for sure get a new GM, who was not even there last night on the opening game of the season with Florida and Miami you lost a lot of money last night.

Zingales Rocks! I like the new location even better than the old one. The staff is always great and ready to serve no matter the size of your party. The food is pretty good as well. I always bring friends there from out of town. Great place to chill, relax and shoot a little pool.

This location is very nice to go to most nights. The food does take a long time to come out and often fights do tend to break out. However they do have a nice amount of pool tables to choose from. Come here for great conversations, decent drinks and okay food.

My first time there last night on 3/9/19. Our waitress was to great. The atmosphere was really good . Not smoking at all. I want thank our waitress Lena. Also we had the pleasure of meeting the owner which we didn’t no he was the owner at first. Thank you Mike. We’ve found our new place to go and have a nice time.

Used to love the old location, new location has a nice set up, quality tables, drinks and prices. 2 stars is for the wait staff. One in particular. Didn’t catch her name and I’m not sure what her issue was this evening but she was extremely rude. Every interaction with her was terrible. The two other waitress that helped us were very friendly though. Sorry for anyone who gets her as their waitress.

I had the Cuban. It was good. Wasnt a fan of the chips. If I return, Ill get another side. Waitress was very attentive. Didnt get a chance to shoot pool. Overall experience was okay.

Nice pool hall. Prices seem ok. There was a tourney going on when I went do I had to wait a while. But the tables were in great shape, rolled real well, cushions weren’t worn out. Food was pretty good too, standard bar fare.

Just had the Red Fish Platter here. Guys!! It was amazing. This is not bar food. This what you drive 45 minutes to the coast for. So good. And feels so good for you with the salad and broccoli that comes as the sides. The broccoli was seasoned with parmesan so even though it looks healthy your tastebuds are screaming for joy. Keep up the good work guys! Love it.

Upscale pool hall/ sports bar, best pool tables in about a 200 mile radius. Great wait staff, good food, great atmosphere! Also its a non smoking venue so you wont smell like an ash tray when you leave. For those that are wanting to pick up billard supplies they also have a pro shop.

Went friday night. Waited over an hour several times for drinks. Seemed like there was 200 people there for only to have 2 bartender working. Ended up paying for several drinks that we didnt get because of waiting so long. We just left.

While I wish I could give them 5 starts the service is super slow. We wait an more than an hour for our food and the checks. You would think they would have extra staff when graduation is happening in Tallahassee. I will try them again in a month then the students leave. Food was great but limited. Bathrooms need the trash to be taken out paper towels were thrown everywhere.

Food was good the second time around, but the server was awful she ignored our table, she was asked three times to bring us water, we were done eating and it was about an hour before we received the check. Besides that I did enjoy myself, got a chance to see some friends.

Was enjoying myself with the wife and son, until i was purposely shoulder bumped by one of the owners security detail, his cronies no doubt..out of no where and for no reason..my son is a police, he saw the ordeal.. well go elsewhere from now on.. Shameful. Karma is yours to enjoy

Not a fan of this establishment. Extremely loud and customer service was horrible. The had one cook on a Saturday night. Food was cold! Not acceptable. Our server tried to be nice with all the issues going on. Drinks were not good either.

1st time good crowd

Couldnt get a pool table, I saw like three without anybody on them, and the host wouldnt verify that they was still there Because of that the wait time was longer. A better system need to be in place for extra money for business

My first time here and it was terrible. I understand its busy because of game night. The waitress took our order just 2 of us. An hour later she came back to say ur food will take 40 mins, it was already an hour we have waited. A table of 8 men came in she flocked to them, it didnt take their food 20 mins and they food was out. We ordered 10 wings and they had platters.Then she had the nerve to bring the food out all together gave them their food first, and then gave us ours. We didnt take it because the wings was sitting on the tray. The manager was very dismissive about the situation . We want be coming back.
