Customer service like no where else in this town! Excellent selection of brands, styles, and--most importantly to me--shoe widths. Took my mom in to buy a pair of shoes and she happily found 2 different pair for her hard-to-fit feet. I then wound up unexpectedly buying myself a pair thanks to the sales persons knowledge of what would most likely work for me and having them in stock. Will be back!

Very cold atmosphere; some staff were not friendly- didnt greet my family and I as we entered the store on December 23. I had my disabled father with me and my two young daughters so it took a lot of patience. Therefore, I put aside my feelings because I wanted to find a pair of shoes for my Dads Christmas gift. Well, one young lady assisted us, but the other staff gave us fake smiles & stared at us as we looked. I did not want to let my Dad down so I purchased a pair of black walking shoes. After I left, I immediately drove to Midland Shoes across town and the vibe was totally different. The guy was very friendly, greeted me at the door and even came to my car so my Dad didnt have to get out. I purchased a pair of shoes from there. Since I live in Georgia, I returned the shoes on January 2 to The Shoe Box. I was alone this time. The cashier greeted me at the Shoe Box, but another young lady at the counter stared at me and made a face because I returned the shoes. The shoes were in perfect condition; not worn or taken out the box. I also had my receipt and my debit card available. Again, I felt not welcomed and stereotyped. I will not be returning and I sincerely hope no one ever has to experience this type of service. I had to walk away & pray so I wouldnt say the wrong thing and be further stereotyped. I encourage you to work on your customer service & make all customers feel welcomed no matter their skin tone, gender or disability. God bless!

GREAT shop fully stocked with top of the line merchandise. I could spend hours in this place. Employees are very friendly and courteous. If they get busy, management has no problem jumping in to help. Very clean, good run business. Highly recommend.

Good stuff but a tad pricey. Look for their sales and you can walk away with some really nice stuff without getting dinged too hard. I needed work boots and found some on sale for a hundred bucks. Since I was looking at sandals too, he threw me a pretty nice pair for half price. Good people, theyll get you taken care of pretty quick, and a nice clean, well laid out store.

This is the shoe store you go to for great customer service. They advertise that they fit the hard to fit. The prices are a little higher, in, general, than other stores, but you cant get that level of service anywhere else, and they offer the more unusual sizes. However, they usually have a fabulous clearance rack with some serious discounts on great brand-name shoes like Sass and Sofft. They carry mostly comfortable dress and casual shoes for both men and women because they specialize in comfortable feet. They have a reasonable boot selection and even offer some clothing. They sell high-quality work gloves, as well. If your feet hurt and youre ready to get some comfortable shoes fitted by a professional, this is the store you want to check out.

Best place to get some good quality shoes, raymon did a excellent job helping find a pair of shoes, even asked about any foot pain I deal with which nobody ever asked me that before, wish I would have came here sooner. Was in and out in under 10min I suggest coming when they just open and I came on a Saturday, again definitely recommend.

Shoe Box is a full service store with personell who measure your feet electronically to ensure an exact fit. They will bring you a selection of shoes in your size and assist you in trying them on. Of course, one pays more for such service than at a shoe warehouse

I have a wonderful pair of ladies ankle boots from The Shoe Box. After thinking that I may have to custom order a pair of boots because of swelling in my feet, I found a pair in a double wide width that are as comfortable as my favorite slippers. I highly recommend The Shoe Box and their courteous staff!

Very disappointed, drove from Valdosta to purchase 4 pair of shoes because of my boys shoe size this is the only place that has been able to fit them. Realized we were pushing time to get here before closing we called and explained our situation. I was told, too bad, we will lock door at 4:30. We pulled in parking lot along with another customers at 4:28 doors locked. I assured her we were coming to purchase, not just look. 2 hour drive wasted.

Drove two hours and was very disappointed with way we were treated when we arrived. No one even acknowledged us, we had to hunt down someone to help us. The young lady who finally helped us was very nice but was unable to help us find the shoes we were looking for. Went home and found the shoes we liked online and they were almost $50 less then the stores price.

I bought a pair of athletic steel toe Timberland Pro work boots a BARELY over a year ago. They are falling apart already to the point where Im afraid the bottoms are going to fall off. I stand on my feet all day, and they stay dry all the time and receive no abuse. Ive had Walmart boots that lasted me longer than these have. I called and they said they would not do anything for me even though I spent over $130 on these boots.The boots are very comfortable so it is unfortunate that mine are defective. One star because I feel like Im should be able to get a replacement pair or at least a discount on a new pair. The associate offered me nothing when I called.Edit: posted pictures of the damage to the boots from just crouching in them and the heel area has begun to tear straight through. Geof, I will bring them to the store tomorrow, thank you for the reply.
