Got Crystal Springs through Costco. Glad I gave them a shot. Get my water every month in a timely manner. Only issues was setting up my account for delivery. Company worker isnt very good about calling back if you have any issues to resolve. At least my delivery person is courteous and my water is replenished every month. Do not always believe your delivery date, especially if it falls on a holiday or a Sunday. The water itself is great tasting and I would use Crystal Spring again if I move to another house.

LOVE my Crystal Springs water delivery. They are very reasonably priced (I got a discounted deal through my Costco membership), and I love that I am not contributing to the abuse of single-use plastics, and the best part is that the water is DELICIOUS. Frankly, my family has become water snobs thanks to Crystal Springs : -).

This company gives very poor service. They claim to communicate but dont. I sent them an email about our poor service and they took 2 weeks to respond. Even communicated with their CHAT service and they said they couldnt do anything. They dont deliver whats ordered or the quantity ordered, causing a billing issue which never seems to get straightened out. Avoid them!!!!!UPDATE 8/5/2020 In all fairness to Crystal Springs, although I gave them a 1 star review 4 years ago, I wanted to change my review to 4 stars. Even though I was not happy 4 years ago, Im a happy customer now. They deliver on time, billing is always accurate and now I can recommend them. We love having our water delivered, especially now during this Covid-19 pandemic. Im not sure if management changed or what but they have made a complete turn around. Thanks!

The driver is always punctual and courteous. And the water is always refreshing.

Routine delivery schedules every month, courteous and clean delivery persons, repairs or replacements upon request.

This company does not do what they state they will. They are not prompt and have terrible customer service! I highly recommend not using this service as you will have a terrible experience! They will not bring your water as ordered and will refuse to cancel your subscription! Beware of this company!
