Tops of Tallahassee is a testament to why you should never take your vehicle to the dealership to get any work done on it. I bought this truck a little while back & upon arrival I noticed the shark fin or XM Radio Antenna was missing from it. There was this metal seat where the black fin that is indicated in the picture used to be, and Im OCD so it bothered me to no end. Took it to the Chevy Dealership located @ 3127 W Tennessee St, Tallahassee, FL 32304. They quoted me EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS, to drop the liner down and simply remove and replace a screw in part. Yes, let me repeat, that is 800$ doll hairs. Want to know what I paid at Tops for the same job? 80$. Eighty. Eight-zero. That is a tenth of the price. Chevy also told me it would be an all day job they would need to keep my truck for a whole day, it took tops an hour and it probably wasnt even that. I dropped my truck off at 9:05 and they called me at 10. Recommended, Sue is wonderful so it Joey they are nice folks. Five stars all around thanks for saving me an arm and a leg.

The staff is very friendly and down to earth. They helped me with the sunroof replacement on my Camry and I would have been lost without them! My boss needed the interior liner in his Buick redone and they took care of him as well. Very quick and efficient work, at an honest price, from wonderful people. What more could one ask for?

Had some interior work done on my car and they were very friendly and tried to help every way they could. They went so far as to cost themselves money by offering a less expensive, but equally effective route for the repair.Labor rates are better than most shops Ive been to in the last 5 years at $75 an hour. Many are over $100 now.Kept me up-to-date and didnt leave me wondering what was going on.On the flip side, some of their package rates seem a bit high at $300 to clean sunroof drains, lube the glides, etc but the quality of cleaning they did for the deep clean detailing was far above what I expected, even at $400. I have 3 kids and 2 dogs that are regularly in the car and when they finished it looked like it came off the showroom at a dealer, inside and out.Its not often you get what you pay for anymore, but here you do.My only real complaint is that it took 5 days, but they had a lot of jobs come in and told me that up front, so I cant fault them for it.

Earlier this year I had my dad take my truck there for the headliner to be replaced. I was quoted a price and agreed to that price. The lady on the phone asked me if I wanted to have the visors done as well and she told me the cost which was crazy so I declined. Well when my dad went to drop the truck off the same person tried to tell him that they have to do the visors as well as the headliner of course my dad said no that was red flag one. Well when he went back to pick the truck up it was a complete mess they replaced the headliner but left all the debris from the work all over the inside of my truck not to mention the adhesive they left on moundings and other surfaces just a horrible customer experience stay as far away from them as you can find another place.

They did a great job fixing my car seat. They added extra firmness because they try to do more than one asks for.
