I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I bought a iPhone 8plus that kept blacking out I kept taking it back for 3days straight ! After they rhay claomed they fixed it eventually they just gave me another iPhone and the charging port wasn’t working on the replacement device then I purchased some AirPods from them and they kept cutting off and hanging up on people in the middle of phone calls then once I tried to take them back the guy had the nerve to tell me that they weren’t real and I didn’t purchase them from their establishment. Never again will I spend my hard earned money here and I wouldn’t send anyone else to buy anything here either ! Their phones are busted and their AirPods aren’t real! Save your money and time .

I went to them to buy a phone as they were the only ones to have an 11 pro max when I got the phone it was skippy and barley worked ut showed my LTE at the top but wouldn’t let me search anything or do anything that needed WiFi he said that maybe I needed to pay my phone bill and I know that wasn’t the case because I have prepaid and had just payed my bill so he put his SIM card in and it still didn’t work so after all I spent $800 on this phone before tax just to only be able to get $500 back if I sell it back to them they do fix phones good your Face ID may not work or your Touch ID after they fix it but at least the screen will be usable I would jot recommend spending high amounts of money with them

Good customer service and an overall smooth process

All in all my experience with this phone repair company has been as pleasant as it was professional. In all honesty I would have preferred to give a 4.7 review but that isn’t really an option. There was a bit of a mishap in regards to the estimated completion time frame but as the staff rotated, each shift would explain why there was a delayed wait time and provide an update of the current status of the phone. It was a very informative endeavor, which I personally appreciate. They even let me leave my other phone on a charger they had in the back as I went to a local Kava Bar. (If you know, you know 😉).

Don’t not use this place I repeat don’t use this place. They stole pieces off my phone took my battery which was working fine before they fixed my phone. 250 down the drain with this phone repair company. Please don’t use them. I ended up paying another 250 to my phone company thank God I had insurance on my phone.

Worked over selling phones at a major phone retailer (ATT) and had several customers buy “unlocked” phones from this store only for it to be locked when we test the phone in store, several customers have had to turn back here to return or exchange for an actually unlocked phone.Then i got my own phone charger port repaired there no problem. 7 months later, my phone starts having the same exact problems that i paid $120 to fix. It didnt even last me a year. Save your time and money
