Pictures are worth a thousand words. Would you pay $85 for what was handed to me. I was told by the owner that the pictures online is not true. The last picture is what came after I was told I couldnt get a refund because I had opened it. He added more fruit to it. Being the Owner you should at least come very close to the picture or take it down. We order what we see online. If the pictures I took were your online order you wouldnt be in business long. Way too much kale and not enough fruit. It looks like some one picked through it and handed me what they didnt like to eat.

I went there today Im sure on short notic And got extremely great service risk and good pricing.. They recommended a great flower set set and gift set for my fiances birthdayeah fiancees birthday and and made it in less than an hour and was extremely friendly. I recommend this place to all who need gifts.Also the food and strawberries and pineapple with chocolate covered is amazing

My wife ordered from this company for delivery of a fruit basket to friends. Payment was made via a credit card at the time of the order. After a week we found out the fruit basket was never delivered. We were never informed by Edible Arrangements that the delivery was not made. We had to call them back and request a refund to our credit card.

I called yesterday to place an order and have it delivered today for the person I wanted it to go to. I was asked when I would like it delivered by and I told the lady on the phone 9 a.m. she said okay and continued to process everything. Today, I noticed that I had not received a phone call confirming that the person was home so the item could be delivered (which I was told they call before they leave out to make sure the person is home). It was already about 9:45 a.m. so I call, and the guy tells me the delivery man will be there at 10:30 to get the item and go to take it to the persons house. At that point it was already too late because my friend had left home. So I called back to have them cancel the order. He then proceeds to tell me the delivery man was already on his way. He didn’t even call me to confirm if the person was home!!! Come to find out, deliveries don’t even start until 10:30. I’m sorry, but I don’t work at edible arrangements so I should have been told that information when I selected 9 a.m as the delivery time. I understood they opened at 9 so I knew it would be a little past 9 but to learn that deliveries don’t even start until 10:30 a.m blew me. Now I had to ask my friend multiple questions to see if he was home etc and try to keep track and basically gave away what I was doing! I went ahead and cancelled my order. So sad to know this is the only edible arrangements in Tallahassee Florida. I had them cancel my order and I will never do service again.

Went to send a new mom an arrangement in the hospital. They would only send chocolate covered strawberries. They would not let me buy a whole bouquet. Very disappointed and customer service when I called was less than helpful. Wont ever try to order again.

They dont have things made up in the cooler to buy if you walk in. And Covid shouldnt effect that. So they lost my business. And on their website it doesnt have it plastered up that you must preorder so many hours in advance.

My daughter sent me a wonderful birthday gift from Edible Arrangements in Tallahassee. I was very excited as she has done this before. Unfortunately this experience wasnt as good as previously. The chocolate dipped strawberries and cheese cake were delicious, BUT the Maddy & Maize Gourmet Popcorn was terrible. I have never tasted anything so awful! I fed a few pieces to my dog, and it even made her sick! Have you people ever even tasted this stuff? Yuck!

My birthday arrangement is fabulous. The fruit is perfectly ripe and VERY tasty. The chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple are also quite tasty (and already gone!). Well done, Edible Arrangements.

You never know when you order something from across the country, but I ordered the Delicious Celebration Dipped Fruit Delight from the Tallahassee location, and couldnt be more pleased. It arrived on time, and the arrangement was just as beautiful as the picture online. The fruit was fresh and sweet, and the chocolate used was very good. Ive never had so many compliments on an arrangement. Forget flowers from now on!

I wanted to order an arrangement for my daughter to be delivered on a Saturday at a certain time. The reviews for this store were not good but I went ahead with the order anyway. Im so very glad I did. I contacted the store directly and spoke with 2 wonderful and very helpful sales associates. We discussed the limited delivery time issue and was assured the arrangement would be there no problem. And it was. I want to thank the Tallahassee store for such a great job on the arrangement and on the timely delivery. It made my daughters day very special. Great Job!!!

I am extremely thankful for the service that was provided through Edible Arrangements. I needed the arrangement delivered to a hospital by a specific time, and they made sure it happened. It truly put a smile on my Goddaughter’s face, and she suddenly had an appetite to eat.

My bf ordered me an edible arrangement around 3pm. When he went to pick it up, the strawberries was not dipped in white chocolate as he requested. So he had to wait. The grapes and pineapples was so soggy and was not edible. The strawberries was not sweet at all and the white chocolate tasted awful. It really ruined a great gesture.

This has definitely been my go to place. I love the beautiful and fresh arrangements and most importantly skill these employees take to make ever occasion so special.

I ordered for Valentines day for my daughter.. She just got it today 3 days later..It was never delivered on Valentines day.. So many problems not enough time to tell..but Ill never oder again...

I love it! yes its pricey but no more than what you would pay for Flowers. The chocolate covered bananas are AMAZING and the pineapple was just so tart and juicy...definitely a party pleaser. I called, placed the order and it was ready in less than an hour so I didnt deal with any delivery fees or issues.

I called for an order to be delivered to a business as a gesture of appreciation and stressed three times with the manager about it needing to be there early. It was delivered at noon. When I called asking why it was later than I was told, the manager offered no apology, merely saying that they didnt deliver that early (a fact not shared before charging my card). The attitude was quite laissez faire and couldnt care less. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

I have been ordering from this Tallahassee location since they have been under new ownership and have always been provided with excellent customer service, my orders from have always been delivered in a timely manner! I have also received two edible arrangements from here and the fruit has always been fresh, will continue to use in the future!

I spent the extra money on a Large order for an office that had several people in it. It was scheduled for delivery on a Friday, but at 3:30, when there were only 3 people who were still there, it had still not arrived.Since I hadnt gotten an email notification confirming delivery, I called the store at 3:00. I was told that the delivery driver had been to the office once, but then discovered he did not have the arrangement with him, and had to come all the way back to pick it up. The girl on the phone said, Well, if its an office, as long as we get it there by 5:00, its OK. NOT TRUE! Especially on a Friday, duh! The office just happened to have a refrigerator in their break room. So it should keep until Monday. They will all be able to enjoy it then, but the point of sending it on a particular date was completely lost. #idiotlogic

I send edible arrangements frequently for various reasons and occasions. I have had nothing but the best service from this store for every visit or call in I make. Everyone always raves about there gift and Ive even enjoyed a few myself.They have the freshest fruit available, fast delivery and great customer service. Although you may think they are a little pricey, they are worth EVERY cent!! I highly recommend edible arrangement...who wouldnt want one?You can also call the local store and order an arrangement for another city. They contact the edible arranement closest to your delivery address and take care of all the work for you.

Horrible customer service. First I called and did not get an answer so I just went anyway. When I arrived there was a guy in the front and told me that they had a lot of deals going on and that he would get one of the girls to come from the back to assist me. The young lady came from the back only to inform me that they did not have any deals going on. At that point I still wanted to spend my money with this company so I order everything. My total was about $200 worth of edible arrangements only to find out they could not deliver by 3pm and I got there around 10:00am. Never again

The delivery man showed up while we weren’t home and waited 20-30 minutes for us to get home. Arrangement was perfect, fruit was great!

Just to update the current situation on Edible Arrangements, they are now under new management as well as based on my experience, they brought new changes to the system and I am sure all deliveries are on time nowadays. The arrangements were to be delivered in the afternoon. I called late morning. They stated they could not gurantee when we would get the items after we paid over $100 dollars for the fruit plus a large delivery fee. The stated we could come get it ourselves. Nice....great customer service.

While the large fruit arrangement was very pretty, I honestly was unimpressed with the quality of the fruit. Many of the strawberries were too ripe (soggy), and the chocolate was grainy.

WELL WENT IN ORDER SOMETHING FOR MY WIFE ABOUT 80$. ARRANGEMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE BUT WHEN WIFE GOT IT THE ORDER WASNT DIPPED. CALLED TO INQUIRY AND WOMAN SAID IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE GUY WHO TOOK THE ORDER..SO I ASKED WHAT THAT MEANT ARE YOU SAYING IM OUT OF LUCK? SHE RESPONDED YES...ALRIGHTY LOST A POTENTIAL REPEAT CUSTOMER I WANT GO BACK IF THE ORDER WRONG ON THEIR PART. AND YOU WILL NOT CORRECT IT? SMH
