One of the employees chose to lie over the phone then be professional and honest. She told someone to meet her at the store an hour after closing to exchange a shirt. I’m not sure what her real intentions were but will never shop here again!

My absolute favorite clothing store in Tallahassee, the workers are nice and theres always some kind of sale going on!

Very rude employee. Will not honor the city ordinances for face coverings health condition exceptions. Store associate seemed to be purposefully enticing panic & descrimination.

Excellent location! Always swing by this location when I’m visiting the kids at FSU. They have the nicest staff. The one girl manager they have there is excellent.They were sold out in the size 24 in both the mom and straight jeans. She ordered my daughter two pairs of jeans in-store free shipping, to her apartment in the size 24. Very pleased with the customer service we received!

They close at 8 pm, my friend and i went in to do an exchange and she waited in line while i browsed. suddenly at 5:55 pm the employees tell us theyre closing and we have to go, tells my friend who has been waiting in line for a bit that they cant do it because theyre closing. was just really random and super rude about the way they said it
