THIS…. My friends, is where my journey ends. I have found the perfect place that offers the perfect, most heavenly potato salad AND deviled eggs…. EVER. My niece will be disappointed that she was bumped from the number one spot. Oh my lands…. Great food!

We ventured to this wonderful little MA and PA store for lunch and the staff, and the food were AMAZING!!! They have everything your heart could desire. Hot plates, cold plates, dinners, subs, burgers, tenders, wings, Cubans... and desserts-banana pineapple cake, carrot cake, brownies and more. but I HAVE TO TELL YOU.... the best was the eggplant 🍆 and the roumalad sauce..... homemade deliciousness 😋😍👌❤. I live in Carrabelle.... would travel again to go to REDEMPTIVE LOVE FARMS and lunch again!! WISH I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A QUART OF THE SAUCE.....( MARKETING IDEA 💡)

While being overseas for the past 7 months Ive missed many things...Hilltop is near the top of the list behind family friends and neighbors .Then again the Brown Family are my friends and neighbors...For those people who are traveling on I -10 or US 90 this is the place to stop for good food .great service and the cool vibe of a genuine country store.I love you guys and girls and hope to see you soon !

Recently I was driving to Florida from Boston (the greatest city in the world ) and I happen to come across a cute little country store on my way through Tallahassee .. So we decided to stop in for a bite to eat .. I was very surprised at how clean and observant everyone was about wearing masks and using proper distancing techniques as well as seeing visible signs addressing everyone that mask were required. .Everyone was just so cute with their accents and southern hospitality . The owners who were on site and staff were incredibly helpful and polite not to mention the food was DELICIOUS !! Just the cutest little country store ever, I just LOVED the country charm !!!

I grew up near here and have fond childhood memories of growing up across the street. We had a farm there and Nutes was a favorite stop for an RC cola/Nehi and a moon pie. I was friends with the boys that lived here.Now, more than 30 years later, the farm and my grandparents are gone, but the store is back! The owners have done a fantastic job and offer good food and service. Im grateful for keeping this oasis going, and giving me a memory back.

Love their burgers, philly cheese, fries and more, plus the fact it is a family business. Friendly staff is fast and always gets the order right. We look forward to a visit to Hilltop every weekend. Did not know about it for years but since we found it we love it. Not having to drive toward town is a bonus!

Stone throw from my house and one of my favorite places to eat! The lemon pepper chicken wings are my fave but everything else I have tried is always great! Wonderful people and they have ice cold beer! Check them out!

Absolutely the best chef salads anywhere! And the chicken livers are quite delicious, too! Dont get me started on the desserts...oh.my.goodness! Staff is very friendly. And you never have to wait long between the time you order and the time you walk out the door. This place is an absolute local treasure!

Country music, doors open, the smell of good food filling the air. Usually greeted by the owner at the counter who Id likely not try to pull a fast one on given hes retired military. After working down the road for nearly a year and a half Ive tried nearly everything imaginable on the menu and have never been disappointed. Very sweet people and delicious food. Also...fried green tomatoes!

The food here is soooo good! Quiet little country store way out on Mahan. Their sandwiches like Patty melts and Reubens and fried Mac n cheese are to die for. They have seating in the back that it quiet too. Stop here weekly.

My new favorite place to eat in Tallahassee. The pulled pork sandwich was the best Ive had, ever. My husband felt the same about his open-faced roast beef. Cant wait to come back and try something else from their massive menu selections.

My husband has a handicapped sticker on his car, a service dog with proper documentation and is on disability. The owner rudely told us we were not allowed in the store. Not only is this illegal, but when we turned around to leave he said “every dog is a service dog”. I work in the area and frequently purchase lunch for coworkers there. His business will be impacted in more ways than one by his unnecessary blatant disregard for the rights of disabled people, and disrespectful attitude towards his customers. Wonder how he would feel if he was treated this way or a disabled member his family.

This place is great!! patty melt was fantastic!! Fair prices with tons of options! be prepaired to wait for about 10 mins, there is always a line, but its totally worth it!
