General shopping for items you need quickly

Went in and the cashier was not wearing a mask and was leaned around the plastic shield on the counter to serve guests. This is not the first time I have been in and seen the cashier without a mask serving guests. With the ordinance in Tallahassee, it is not acceptable to have your mask around your chin serving guests. Will not return.

D worst experience ever do not go to this store. I watched the lady on the phone while the line is out the door the whole time. Then when I get to her at the register She says hold on and then walk back into the office and stayed on the phone for another 2 minutes. The customer service here is the worst and there is no one to talk to you because basically anyone Ive ever talked to at that store has been a horrible experience. Janet is deftly the one Im talking about.

Went to fill up our Suburban during out road trip, our 4 little kids had to go potty they whete still open for another 20 minutes but refused to let us use the restrooms, because they didnt want to clean it again.

11/22/19 @ 11:59am I visited this place for the first time and it will never happen again. This is a horrible gas station. People passing through the city have to deal with terrible customer service. Im not sure they know what customer service is. There a lady with a bob wig who is rude as hell. Im sure this is the only place on earth that will hire her. Also when I walked in she said we only using one bathroom today.

This location is the closet to my home and I have to deal with the TERRIBLE customer service on a regular basis. The one MOSTLY everyone complains about is a manger named Janet. She is VERY RUDE, difficult and not friendly at all. I have witnessed her having words with a few customers which is way too many. My entire neighborhood complains about her. She really makes a person not want to come there.

Since this gas station installed a new card reading system they are a write-off. It doesnt read the cards and a pain in the neck to use. I wouldnt recommend the place

Customer service is the worst here. I went to the store to make a purchase of chips that clearly read 2 for $3 so I presented two of them to the register. They rang up 1.89 each and NOTHING deducted. When brought to the cashiers attention that the price was wrong and there is an advertised sale, she took the calculator pretending to care and walked over to the area where the sale sign was located. After all of that, she insisted that 1.89 for each item was with the tax included. Its obvious she could not figure out 2 for $3 means each item is 1.50 pre-tax and with our county sales tax, it is about 11 cents to add to the total. She would not seek any help so I walked out saying, You cant even do math! I left everything on the register.

Accidentally locked my keys in my car and had to borrow the phone to call AAA. Put on hold for a while and the manager told me she needed the phone back to make some calls. Both of the clerks were extremely rude and completely unwilling to help me. Never coming back

Very racist employees. The store was open, the lights were on. A black guy was allowed into the store 15 seconds before I made it to the door and they locked it and laughed. Will never go back.

Customer service is wack. If you are not getting gas, go somewhere else

I have family there so I visit often. If it werent for close location I wouldnt go. There is a female cashier who works there, and is always very rude no matter when I visit.

The clerk closed the store to sit outside and talk on the phone. Store was closed at 8am. Complete crap

Horrible customer service and they placed a $100 hold on my card for $15 gas purchase which is super inconvenient

Stopped for a rest room break and gas. I didnt bother filling up after the service inside.
