I have tried to contact this company on and off for months. No one answers the phone, they have always been disorganized but I had Started printing T-shirts with them a couple of years ago for my cleaning company and didn’t feel like switching companies so I dealt with the disorganization. Now I am trying to re-order the T-shirts and it seems that they are no longer in business or have gotten even more disorganized and just don’t return emails or calls. The voicemail box has been full for months. Take your business else where. Sorry WRECKLESS!! I really tried to work though your many distinctions!

This place is a life saver, twice I had to make last minute orders and both times they have came through in the clutch. Both times I worked with Cassandra and she just made magic happen, I highly suggest this place! Quality of the shirts were grade A as well!!!

I had a job done by another printing press but it was terrible. I brought it here to get it undone and this place got the job exactly right as I want it at a very good price. This is the best place to get a printing job done

Im usually not the person to post reviews, but my experience with Wreckless Apparel was not good. I will be fair and honest in my review. Wreckless Apparel and I agreed to have 2 images printed on 4 shirts. I contacted the store in the beginning of the week and inquired about the images being printed and also informed them of the deadline needed by Friday. The owner stated that she could accommodate me. I emailed the images to the store and received a reply the next day. There was a tan color in my second image that was not available at her shop and the owner was very good about sending me alternative colors to the image as a proof to see how it looked. We agreed on two images (both images did not look exactly like my original images that were created in photoshop but we moved forward). On the day of the pick up is when the owner and I were emailing each other the proof images and I was getting worried about the time frame and asked the owner if she was sure she would have them completed and she reassured me. In my final email sent to Wreckless Apparel I asked if I could have the time the shirts would be available for pickup up and the owner stated they closed at 4 on Fridays so I could pick the up then. I requested to leave work early in order to pick up the shirts. I left at 3:15 (I work on the other side of town) and arrived at the store a little before 4pm. When I walked in the owner stated they were just finishing up. I sat and waited a little over an hour for my shirts to be done. One of the workers came out with an invoice and gave me the price, I asked could I see the shirts first. They brought the first shirt and it was very poorly done, rushed through. It looked nothing like the original image. The second shirt was much better and more along the lines of what the original image reflected. I didnt end up with one of my images (that was fine) the other one was okay. I asked the owner if she wanted to accommodate me in anyway for the time I spent waiting. She explained that she worked very hard to get these done and was busy with other orders. I told her I appreciated her working to keep the deadline (and I genuinely do) but tried to explain what she told me, which was to be at the store by 4 as the store closed at 4pm on Friday. She began to talk over me and cut me off and all I was trying to get her to understand is I did what she asked of me, I left work early and was there by 4pm but had to wait for over an hour. She did not want to accommodate me in any way. I paid for the shirts that I liked (which was a good price; very reasonable) and left.I feel I was well within my right to ask to be accommodated for my wait, I also felt it wouldve been good business practice for her to have offered any accommodations without me asking. I know everyone has different experiences with places of business and some may want to use their own judgement which is fine. I am strictly writing on the basis of my own experience. Although Wreckless Apparel will never get another penny from me, i wish them all the success with their business.

I have worked with Wreckless Apparel on more than 1 occasion. I have also sent clients to them. Needless-to-say they keep it fun in a high stress and quick turnaround environment. Their products outshine others. When I need something Richard and Shawna and staff always are willing to take care of me and my OCD. I have a background in design and color... I have to have the Pantone that the book says. Give them a call or stop by the shop.
