Whiddon did a good job with the installation. The installers were friendly. I called to check on my order twice and was told someone would call me back. I never received that call. The third time I called the person who answered the phone was very short with me and did not seem friendly at all. The next week someone called to make an installation appointment, again not friendly and very short (no smiles in their voices). I worked in customer service so I am aware how that sounds. They made me feel that I was bothering them. It took them no time to get my money.

Great service and great prices! I bought a small cabinet from Goodwill that was missing a piece of glass on one side. They fixed it for me in one day for less than $10! They do all kinds of different jobs from large commercial or in-home jobs to small projects like mine. Parking there was the only thing I could complain about. The parking lot is horrible, but its worth it for their service and prices.

My daughters duplex was robbed last night in Tallahassee. I made one call to Whiddon Glass and talked with Jack. He was wonderful. They went right out and examined the damage. Replaced the broken sliding glass door within hours and all for less than I was expecting.
