Apple Pie Maids was very easy to schedule, did an excellent job cleaning and went above and beyond my expectations to take care of the fine details. Had an appointment with this company to come out for a estimate to clean our house last week. They never showed up for the appointment nor did they call to cancel or reschedule it. We’ve called multiple times and left messages with no response. So if you’re looking for a company that doesn’t show up when they say they’re going to and will not return your phone calls, then this is the one you want! I mean we’re trying to give them our hard earned money for a service. I guess our money isn’t good enough for them or they just don’t need it!!

From the beginning the staff were very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. They were flexible with scheduling me and were able to offer me a Saturday last minute. The two employees that came were very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning. My least favorite task is dusting and they did an amazing job. Also my oven was pretty bad but they worked their magic and I don’t remember the last time my oven was this clean. We used them for a deep clean prior to listing our house to sell. I intend on using them again if needed for our final move and even move in to our new place. Definitely recommend.

I scheduled a full cleaning - top to bottom - while my children and I were away on vacation. I mentioned to Katie (owner) that I wanted the carpets cleaned too. She worked with a carpet cleaning company to come that same week and she was here to let them in. She came back a couple days later after the carpets dried to put the chairs back in place. It was an incredible feeling walking in to a sparkling clean home after being gone for a week. It was one less thing to worry about so I could truly enjoy my vacation. Everything on the honey do list was completed! She even offered to water my plants. 😊🌱12/10 - highly recommend

I hired Apple Pie Maid service to come clean my home I rent. While I keep my home tidy, there’s tons of those “hard to get spots” like the baseboards, the fans, the vents, the “spaces in between.” I was INCREDIBLY pleased with the results. Everything looked shiny and new. There were some spaces I didn’t even realize were dirty until they cleaned it and it caught my eye how clean it looked! The maids went above and beyond and even scrubbed down the door to my back porch which had acquired some grime on the outside. My bathroom was especially satisfying. The entire house smelled good, too! My floors literally felt cleaner under my feet. I had my house cleaned 6 days ago, and still haven’t seen a piece of dust.I would highly recommended this service. However be aware of that fact that the first initial cleaning will be more costly than the normal fee, since they really dive in and do a deep clean. After the initial cleaning, the usual maintence cleaning fee is a bit cheaper. But trust me when I say it is worth it; and you will definitely want to have them come back in a month or two!

Apple Pie Maids are really amazing. They really work to make sure that they are doing exactly what you need and if anything isnt right they make it right and are always willing to work with you and always at a reasonable price. I have 5 dogs and cant keep up with cleaning myself, I love that theyre there to help me out.

Katie is very responsive to requests and if there is a problem or issue, it is addressed quickly and not repeated at future cleaning. They are very adaptable to the actual needs and since we have a family of 8, how house can be quite chaotic (6 kids ranging from 8 months to 11 years old). Would recommend to other people.
