Went to McDonnell Hearing Solutions after visiting another local audiologist who wanted nothing more than to sell me very expensive hearing aids that I did not need. I was rather apprehensive going to another office. I met with Shawn and Dr. McDonnell who conducted a hearing test and actually explained the results to me!! Dr. McDonnell was extremely kind and patient with me. She answered all my questions and fitted me with a pair of hearing aids suited for me. In addition to saving literally thousands of dollars, I felt that Dr. McDonnell and her staff cared about me. After a few minor adjustments, which were always done quickly and efficiently, I am very happy with my hearing aids. I would definitely recommend McDonnell Hearing Solutions!

Moms hearing aide went out. Needed to get her another one quickly before hurricane Micheal hit. Could not see a doctor Monday because the doctor is there on certain days. So, if you have a an emergency, Good luck. Doctor would be there Tuesday, but no guarantee the Mom could be seen. Wednesday, hurricane would definitely hit our area. I was desperate, so I went to Sams Club hearing doctor and was senn immediately. He was thorough and efficient. We walked out with Mom being able to hear during the storm. People at McDonnell Hearing Solution wasnt very helpful in our situation.

Dr. McDonnell quickly diagnosed my middle ear hearing issue and referred me to a ear, nose, and throat specialist.

Excellent customer service. Minimal wait to have my 2 year old hearing aids checked. Highly recommend Bluetooth enabled hearing aids.

Local Widex hearing aid dealer. Satellite office to Thomasville GA practice. Audiologist available 2 days/wk. Normally staffed by a technician and receptionist and intern. A little tricky getting to their parking lot from Capitol Circle.

Have not been quoted a price so I will evaluate soon
