My first time attempting to do business with them. I have never been so disrespected at a place of business. I am not sure if the guy on the phone is the owner or not, but he is rude, arrogant and disrespectful. After our conversation, I was fuming. I called back to speak with someone else about the issue and the guy answered the phone again. I asked for a manager and he said, about what? I said, you and he asked, whats the problem? I told him he couldnt help since he was the problem. He transferred me to Tina and she wasnt any better. Long story short, go anywhere else. I dont care if they are the cheapest in town, it is not worth it. They will charge you double just because they are busy. I wish negative stars were an option.

We rented 2 additional black draperies for an event. what a hassle. we drove the 2 black draperies back to the their thomasville road location. he says they are the wrong drapes. um, the rest of the black draperies came from you too... how can they be the wrong ones. the event used this company for the drapes. there were no other sources of draperies.they were not polite, he was obnoxious on the phone. he didnt try to figure it out or work with us to figure it out. they wont let you in the store to discuss ANYTHING. do not use this company. i can only blame myself for not reading the reviews.

Do yourself a favor and really look at the reviews here. Go through them and ask yourself if your event is worth the risk of doing business with these deplorable people. My wedding was a little over two years ago. I am reminded of it because of the gas shortage going on right now. At the time of my wedding, hurricane Michael had just come through. We were lucky enough to still be able to hold our event. We had several vendors, and each one of them was able to make it on time and deliver on their promises. Except for this one. When this one was several hours late, I called to find out what we should be expecting. It turns out that what I should have been expecting was a man who cannot communicate with other people effectively. He was consistently, rudely telling me how I had unrealistic expectations that he would arrive at all. On the day of my wedding, he told me that I should be grateful that he is even taking my money. He told me that if I wasnt happy, he would go ahead and cancel my delivery, at which point he hung up on me. I had to call him and pretend to apologize just to get my delivery back on. He acted like I was stupid, and called me names, because I was hoping that we would have our rental equipement before the end of our wedding day. Please note that on that same day, due to the hurricane, we had to order two generators to our event, and they were able to arrive within a couple of hours of the time that I called them. This man showed up 10 hours later than expected because he was looking for gas when I found gas 5 minutes into searching for it at the time. This man is unprofessional, rude, and does not deserve your business. Your event is important, go to someone who will act like it is.

When I say rude and unprofessional!! I tried to order a LARGE amount of wine glasses from this guy! And forgot I had my card locked on my app when he charge the payment.. I said can u give me ONE MINUTE Am swiping it back on he said No we closed call back tomorrow and clicked in my ear! So I slept on it called back tomorrow,, while in the parking lot of the business and ask for the ordered he said Did you handle your problem from yesterday before I charge it again *In A Very Rude vc I said yes I did! Next thing you know he charge my card. The notification came cross my phone and said it declined .. After getting with him about his rude tone and taking the money he said Ill just refund I dont have time.. But u just said it declined and my address wrong but I have proof u just charged me like really !! Bad customer service,, rude and unprofessional at a all time high!! I dont even do reviews but this guy I took time out for him tonight how we treated me!! Sad!!

Beware!!!...Load and Unload EVERYTHING YOURSELF...EVEN IF THEY OFFER TO DO IT FOR YOU.....ITS A SCAM.....Ask for the contract and review thoroughly..FIRST.......Terrible customer servic...Dogs get treated Better than we did as paying customers.....They will find anyway to charge additional money for nothingness.....I would select a negative star if it was available!!!....Dont Rent From A-Z...

I have been renting from here for over 8 years and have never had an issue. I recently rented some tables and chairs and was returning them. There was no one else there returning or picking up so I pulled up to the gate as opposed to parking on the side as the sign does state, in order to return my items. After being placed on hold for about 5 minutes A car pulled up behind me and begin to honk repeatedly. I stuck my hand out the window and waived for them to go around. The car then pulled up beside me, rolled down their window and begin to scream at me about where I was parked and asked me if I could read or not. After I stated that I was parked there because I was on hold and waiting for the employee inside to allow me to pull up he continued to scream at me like I was a child and then proceeded to tell me that he was the owner. I have never in my life been spoken to like that at a place of business. Regardless if I was parked in the wrong area or not the way that he handled the situation was disgusting. I was disrespected and degraded. He was rude and extremely belittling. If he is the owner I feel sorry for his employees because he is a deplorable human being. I will never rent from this place again

Tent that was given had multiple holes. So when it rained, we got wet. Inside the tent was very dirty, you could see dirt hand prints. The chairs that was given were white padded chairs, however the chairs were riddled with food and old some nasty brown dripping. I also ordered flooring (decking). The decking was a completely different color from what was pictured on their website. Also the decking kept popping up. The lights I was given was missing bulbs.I reached out to this company to let them know, but they decided to ignore my email and so Im here writing a review.I wouldnt recommend renting from here especially if youre having a nice event. Sometimes paying a little more at another company is worth it. This is my experience and Im sure all their rentals arent in such bad condition. But they gave me horrible items and I simply wanted them to acknowledge the fact of, but they jusy dont care.

This is the most disrespectful company I have ever encountered in my life the owner is very disrespectful and very rude his employees are very disrespectful and very rude I strongly suggest that anybody going rent anything from this company go somewhere else and save your self a headache I picked up tables and chairs on Saturday the owner was so rude I couldnt believe it my wife dropped off the chairs and tables this morning once again employees were so rude to her it was unreal I wanted to go down there and take care of it but I figured karma what goes around comes around Renters beware do not read nothing from these people there all a bunch of rude people and disrespectful

Used A-Z Party Rent All twice now and very pleased with both experiences. I rented a snow-cone machine, mister fan, hot dog/bun warmer and tables chairs the first time and just tables and chairs most recently. All equipment/furniture is in great condition/working order/clean. I find the prices very reasonable and the staff a pleasure to speak to. I will definitely continue to rent from them.

Do Not and I repeat rent from these people..After purchasing a stage for rental for our church function we were told that the stage would look like the picture which was advertised. When we received the stage it was a 4x4 block definitely not what we were expecting.The company was called once it was delivered and Ethan which is very rude decided to tell us that this stage had been used for many functions and that he could deliver another stage .Our event started within the next couple of hours which the set up would have ran into our start time so we declined as requested our funds back. He refused to give the funds back and offered a store credit of only 100.00 which he took back after a review of his bad services was written on fb. Oh and I must mention his delivery guys had already warned me how rude he was and how they didnt think the stage they brought out was appropriate..Do yourself a favor and do business with a company who appreciates your business..

This compny A-Z Rent is top notch!! I called to order some chairs for a baby shower and the rep gave me the options and then suggested the white resin chairs, they fit perfect with the decor.Very professional and would definitely do business with them again!

Rented 6 hightop round linens. 1 of the 5 was a much larger size than the rest. Ordered 6 full length rectangular table linens, one was not full length and one was a different color. Unfortunately they were picked up the day of the event so we had to improvise. The staff were nice when we placed the order but seemed to be rather indifferent when the mistake was pointed out.

Never know who you may meet... I was so ready to put my hard earned money into a local business. But after being treated poorly over an address... I will never use this company or any other business that uses their products or services. I was very disappointed in the way I was interrogated, made me appreciate the professional attitude I give my customers! Sorry, not sorry for choosing another local business!

Very poor customer service. I called in a week ahead to reserve tables for a birthday party, called the day before to confirm reservations and was told reservation wasn’t in the system. The employee who answered the phone wasn’t friendly at all, per the policy on their website is completely false. I will not recommend nor do business with this company ever again. Never received an e-mail stating any of what the owner responded below! Either way, I will not recommend your business to anyone! Period.

We have rented from this place before. The customer service was okay and at times the tables were dirty. When we tried to rent from them again, the customer service was unacceptable. The rental staff was rude and insisted on information that went above what should be required for a rental. They already had my information in the computer so what was the problem? When I phoned to inquire about the problem with the rental, he was rude with me as well. Rudeness is never acceptable. I will never rent from them again!

I’ve thought long and hard about whether to rate this company as I understand how difficult it is to successfully run a small business. But after several occasions of bad experience it’s important for customers and potential customers to be aware. In the past the customer service hasn’t always been the best and rental items were just so so but in a pinch we had no other option. They have given us small problems here and there upon returns, frustrating but bearable. The latest experience was the final straw - after quoting items over the phone, we picked up, were not given the right amount (short by 23 pieces) and charged DOUBLE the per piece rental on most of them. Made a 2 hour trip trying to return the following Monday and was turned away after 5 forks still had some debris. After cleaning each and every piece (counting again) returned again and explained to owner we didn’t receive correct numbers we then received outrageous charges for additional cleaning and “missing” items. Only 1 piece was actually missing yet was charged double the rental plus ridiculous cleaning fee plus replacement fee for over 40 pieces. The WORST - do not use this company even if in a bind you will regret it
