I have a L4701 HST and had some issues with the unit The unit would not do a correct regen, so brought tractor to sgt and the service was great. They explained all the details they have done to the tractor, that it was an electrical issue. them guys was really great and informative. Thanks guys

I was reading the reviews about SGT Rentals in Tallahassee, Florida. I would like to say that I have bought 2 machines from SGT Rentals and Sales. Scott and Candice Eubanks are very very knowledgeable about Kubota Machines and Kubota Products. I cant believe that people would go as far as to writing bad reviews on that company knowing their credit wasnt good enough to buy a machine. Took my skid there for supposedly an injector replacement. Was told I’d have back in 4-5 days. After COUNTLESS lies, I went and got it 4 weeks later, it had not been touched! Southern Tractor is on the ball with it now. And oh by the way, it needed an engine, not an injector!! What a joke! I’ll NEVER be back! Horrible service! Don’t ever trust when they say,”I’ll check and call you back”It never happens!In response to your comment, I went and got it because I found several injectors around the Southeast the day before I went and got my skid steer from you. I also found out you had to take the injector off and send it to Kubota to be tested. How was that going to happen when you hadn’t even touched it? It’s ok now though, I found an honest and knowledgeable dealer.

Weve had problems with a brand new Kubota from SGT Rentals in Tallahassee. The levers for the 3rd member feel like they are in a bind. The owner said its operating correctly but he doesnt have a clue. I decided to do some checking and found loose bolts, missing bolts and a sticking hydraulic valve but have lost confidence in their ability of fixing anything, especially after getting a bill for $400 to do an oil change.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. First Mickey our sales guy was very helpful. Candice the finance lady she needs education in customer service. She is not willing to go the extra mile to help a customer. The lack of her skills cost this company a sale.Thankful for Greg at Southern Tractors out of Moultrie, GA. Southern Tractors goes above and beyond. I as well put in several calls to Scott the owner at SGT Rentals who would never return my calls. SGT would rather go to McDonalds than sale you a tractor. We will never do business with SGT Rentals.

If you are in the market for a tractor of any size, go visit S.G.T. in Tallahassee. You will not pay for the paint color (green) but you will get treated like family. Scott is down to earth with no BS. I initially looked at one of the smallest tractors (inexpensive) and ended up with a L6060. I was treated the same regardless. I will update my review after my first service. As most of you know, service is what keeps you coming back.

Recently I purchased several pieces of equipment from S.G.T. and I must say the customer service was off the charts and the equipment has been wonderful. Scott and his staff treated us just like family! Shop mechanic was very helpful,and nice! However, the owner(or Tallahassee store owner)(son in law) is the rudest person I have ever met.We spent quite a bit of money on a tractor, and his customer service skills need some serious help. I really feel badly for his front desk lady, he treated her so disrespectful in front of customers!

Over the years I have purchased a tractor, RTV, and two mowers from them and have already been treated Great. I did my shopping around before purchasing the tractor, RTV, and first mower, but felt they gave me the best deal for my money. The equipment is great and I have had no major issues with any of it.They are a smaller dealer but have always assisted and got me what I needed in a reasonable amount of time. When I have service done, they typically have it done sooner than expected.I was not really looking to purchase a new mower, there was nothing wrong with the one I had, but after discussing it with them I felt I got a deal that I could not pass up. I basically upgraded to a new mower with a larger deck and other nice features. I have had it for a couple weeks now and could not be happier.I have recommended several friends that are looking to stop by and at least give them the opportunity. Everyone has a difference in what they want or are looking for, and the experiences they have. My experiences have nothing but Great with this dealer. I will go back when I am looking for other equipment needs.

I came from Tampa to help out with the hurricane, been here for 2 days. While doing a job in Panama, I called Kubota telling them I needed a hose and was a hr away, I get there at 4:30 and they’re close, it clearly say close at 5 and thinking a hurricane just hit I would think they would be open, smh a hr drive for nothing.... that is bad business, wish I could give them 0 stars

I shopped all the competitors and when I walked in to S.G.T in Tallahassee I was greeted by the salesman named Scott Eubanks and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable on all the products they sell. We were told by the salesman (aka the owners son in law) that he sells enough tractors without our business. All of that because we wanted to shop around before spending 27k.Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Moultrie and buy from a Kubota dealer that wants you as a customer. Southern Tractor & Outdoors is a true top quality business!
