Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable owner! Partner and I bought a vacuum with the only preference being that it would pick up a lot of dust (due to an extreme dust allergy). Owner was fast in his recommendations and referred us to a previously owned Miele, as he thought it would be great for dust, which it is! I felt very comfortable knowing he wasnt a pushy salesman who wanted to sell us the most expensive vacuum without even listening to us. He also let us try out the vacuum before we purchased. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Good customer service and very quick turn around with fair pricing. Fixed our vacuums same day. Highly recommend this place. Will do business again. They have every bag and belt for a vacuum. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. They are cheaper than Walmart vacuum bags! Best prices we have seen in town and online.

Fantastic service.I walked in with my Oreck, intent on getting it fixed. It’s had a solid 20 year run.Ed, the owner, said “no problem” and guaranteed it ready for pickup tomorrow.Then I looked around. Plenty of eye candy here for those of us with a penchant for industrial/mechanical art and functionality that truly sucks.Then I saw her in the back row in the center of the room - a used Kirby G4.Ed never tried to sell me anything - he was intent on getting my perfectly fine Oreck back on the front lines. It was too late though. The G4 and I already met. We danced around the 800-lb gorilla in the room but then it was just too much.As the saying goes, “leave with the one what brung you” so Oreck and I returned to the car but this time, she rode in the trunk. Kirby rode shotgun.Picked up attachments and extra bags in the process.Go see Ed. He’ll square you away.

These guys are very quick and fair pricing! We waited while they fixed our vacuum. Never received a service this fast. They are nice and prices are fair. They had our bags and belt in stock. Was able to get back to cleaning on Saturday. Highly suggest them for any vacuum cleaner repairs.

This is a miracle place! They are so fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable! Ive never seen anything like it! They fixed my vacuum cleaner in only about 15 minutes while I waited, and they charged a minimum price!

Dropped off vacuum for repair on a Sat morning and the overflow from the restaurant next door obliterated entrance. No complaints about service very prompt and salesperson quite patient with questions. Didnt try to talk us into more expensive option. Really like keeping our business local with folks that care.

I will never go back to this place. His prices were very high but he also sold us something he had in the store telling us what a wonderful thing it was. We bought it with cash, took it home and it did not work. Took it back he said tough luck, it was bought with cash and he had no obligation to do anything about it. Ill try the other store in town next time. Shopped there once before and they were very nice.

Very knowledgeable about all vacuums and a great selection of used/refurbished vacuums at all price levels, especially the Kirby brand that is sold door-to-door at several thousand dollars each and lasts a lifetime. Shop here before you buy a vacuum! Im glad my wife did.
