I can’t say enough about this storage facility. They’re more than just a storage place. Moving is often an emotional and exhausting experience and having somewhere so accommodating and trustworthy be everything you need when you’re at the end of your rope is such a relief. I’ve thanked Jasmine and Randy but huge appreciation for Nathan, as well this weekend. You all will never know the extent of your kindness.

The process was smooth from start to keys in hand. The facility was cool and clean. If I had to critique something it would be that the loading and unloading zone is small and perhaps the price is on the high end but other than that, overall I recommend Morning Star for your storage needs.

The staff handled my move in with so much care and they are so kind and genuine. The facility is always clean, they make sure your needs are met and the staff has safe procedures to make sure that everyone is secure. Staff was professional, courteous and accommodating. Very quick to respond to on-line inquiry. A super-clean facility, conveniently located, with easy accessibilty. A completely wonderful experience.

The call center employee who answered the phone was very helpful and made sure my request was ready for the local facility manager, Alicia, when I showed up at 9 am. Alicia was friendly, knowledgeable, and also extremely helpful. The entire building was clean and well-maintained. Alicia offered the use of a moving truck--a perk I didnt expect but definitely needed.

My Husband and I recently rented a storage unit with Morningstar. Our experience was excellent. We worked with Alicia Stanley at the Thomasville Road, Tallahassee Florida facility. Alicia was wonderful and made the entire process easy and understandable. She took time out to give us a tour of the facility and was incredibly accommodating. I am so pleased with the facility and even more than satisfied with the friendly and expert service----especially from Alicia who is the manager. She is so knowledgeable, accommodating, extremely helpful, and courteous. She is very prompt in returning my phone calls or requests. The facility is very clean, temperature controlled, and secure. This facility is a cut above the others in Tallahassee.

Feels like a secure facility to store the most precious of your belongings. Had problems with a moving company not returning my keys and they were very helpful replacing the locks . Theres a long delay between entering the code for the doors until it opens that makes getting in and out quickly impossible . But besides that great place .

I cannot recommend Morningstar Storage enough. The facility is extremely clean and secure. The controlled temperature helps relieve any concern for climate damage to my items. Lets talk about staff...YOU will not find a better manager than Alicia Stanley. She is knowledgeable, makes the best recommendations for your needs, and is pleasant every time you interact with her. Morningstar also provides easy access to a moving vehicle, as well as reasonably priced moving supplies. It truly is a one stop shop! Convenient location to top it off!!

I was truly impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the customer service given by the property manager.

The process for renting a storage unit was very quick. We were treated with the utmost respect and the attendant was very helpful. I was able to move my items in right away and the unit was extremely clean. The climate controlled atmosphere was perfect and the building was very secure. The only issue we had was the sensors for lights turn off while we were working in the unit and we had to keep stepping out to turn them back on. Other than that, the storage facility is perfect and definitely worth the price.

I have had one storage unit at Morningstar for two years and have now rented another one. Many of my items are antiques - so I care about the environment they are in.The facility is VERY clean, always a good temperature and humidity level. The units are well lit so when going through a box, I can actually see the contents. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fair to work with.I have had to go into the unit after dark before and I felt secure and safe ... there is an exterior keypad to get in the building - the area is well lit and has security cameras. Another keypad is used to access the elevator - also well lit and has security cameras.I have been pleased and I recommend this facility.

Alicia made my move in process quick and easy. I was able to rent the Truck they provide FOR FREE and get all of my things moved in promptly not to mention the facility is well kept and clean!

Morningstar was incredible! They made the moving process so easy and the staff was extremely efficient and kind. Their customer service was great and their storage units were wonderful. I never had a problem with anything. I would recommend Morning star to everyone looking for a safe location to store their things.

Very happy with our new controlled temperature storage unit. Prices are a bit steep because of our zip code but the location is perfect for us. Our first experiences with them were a bit bumpy due to some crazy unforseen circumstances that were out of the companies control but we got through it and are now happily decluttering after the holidays.

I cannot say enough good things about this Morningstar location! Alicia, the manager, is awesome. She totally helped me get through an especially stressful move with a lot of moving parts. She was calm, kind and helpful. After the move, a picture was found on the ground of young children and she emailed me asking if it was mine. It was a very special picture of my children when they were little. I had no idea it fell out of a box and would have been heartbroken to not find it when I eventually move into my new home. Lyness is also wonderful and she and Alicia are an incredible team. The facilities are spotless and Im confident my belongings are safe. I highly recommend this Morningstar facility. Cindy

Excellent service, very attentive. I got the space I needed in a clean, safe climate controlled environment. Now I can store all the stuff we were tripping over in the garage in a good clean space.

I used Morningstar Storage over several months when moving to Tallahassee from Manassas, VA. The large storage space I had was clean, easy to access and the temperature control alleviated any question about how my household goods would do in the Florida environment. The manager, Alicia, provided outstanding service in response to every question and concern and made my move that much easier! Highly recommend Morningstar Storage on Thomasville Road!

Amazing storage business! Im a new customer at Morningstar, and Im impressed! The place is clean, and actually pretty. They have a free truck you can borrow for 4 hours when you move in. The employees are so helpful and friendly, you will feel youve known them before. They have many carts, so you wont have to wait for them to be returned, so you can move your stuff in. You get access to your belongings 24/7!!! Also, because you get constant access, the place has cameras in place and signs warning about it, so its very safe. Also, they sometimes have a special price. Well, theres just too much to list here. Im so glad I found this storage place!

Thank goodness we finally have a place that is professionally managed in Tallahassee to store stuff. Lauren Deserves hero status for putting up with me for the time. She did to try to help me get what I wanted and she succeeded. Missed out on that fifth star due to problems with the call center... Yeah... Just sayin.

Rented unit. I was unaware that it had a leak. When I moved my items out I had about $1000 worth of water damage. I paid for their insurance in which they stated that did not cover water damage. What is the point of paying for insurance if it doesnt cover damages?! Didnt get sympathy from the local store or corporate. I will never attempt to rent here again.

Morningstar is always immaculate, well run, well lit and easy to use. I do think it is a little more expensive than some of the others, but for the security, cleanliness and accessibility it is worth it.
