They are not interested in selling anything.We walked in to buy a computer desk, and the lady did her best to discourage us from shopping there. She said that they are mostly working with corporations; that they have nothing in stock; that the wait time is 4-6 weeks.I assured her twice that it sounds ok and that I still want a good desk. Then she said that the sales person is having lunch (their official lunch time is 12-1, we came at 1:30). I left my email and she said that the sales person will email me; but I got nothing.Such a customer service deserves nothing more than a 1 star.

We recently order a new desk for our business. I was able to find exactly what I needed and working with Drew Rowan was a pleasure. I had a slight issue with the size of the desk that I originally ordered (which was my mistake), and Drew ordered me a new desk at no additional charge.
