Called ahead to ask if i could walk in for an oil change balance and alignment. They Said yes. I asked if I needed a deisel technician Nicole said no. I asked if it would be done today Bernard said yes by the end of the day dropped off at 1135am and got a call at 6p that it wont be dont till the morning. I told them I had to work the next day 200miles away. I spoke with the manager. He made it happen. But I found my truck nastier and tpms sensor low . If it wasnt for Eduardo Id give the service dept 1 star.

The experience here was amazing from beginning to end. My husband and I came for one car and left with two!!!! The staff was beyond exceptional, they were kind and attentive. We went in for an oil change with no appointment and we dealt with Dane Walker. He use to be our Service Writer but he was moved around and we had to deal with other Service Writer. Weird, shady, icky kind of feeling from the way my call was mishandled to contacting GM and live messaging.We found an used vehicle published on the web that we wanted to try and purchase today. We called and asked for Internet Manager, several guys fumbled phone and finally gave us a lady named Sarah. She didn’t introduce herself when she answered the phone. She didn’t give the vibe of a well trained sales manager. I had to lead the call :(. I gave her the stock number and checked availability at her lot; she confirmed twice it was available on her lot. However, her tone did not sound reassuring as-if she truly knew or not. I led the call again since she paused oddly. I mentioned we were looking to buy the vehicle out right and needed to put together numbers. She replied, “We don’t ship vehicles!”. I paused and was flabbergasted why she would throw that out while trying to discuss a bill of sale. I didn’t inquire about shipping any vehicle. I replied, “We would have someone pickup the vehicle.”. There were a lot of gaps in her communication and she eventually told me she didn’t know how to handle a cash purchase versus financing. She stated she would have to have someone else handle this. I asked her to confirm if she was the Internet Sales Manager, she mentioned she doesn’t put together deals. Rather than put the appropriate person on the line she hesitantly took down my info. I had to give her my email. You could tell she had her mind on something other than our family’s investment.I waited almost a hour and not a single person contacted us. I sent a detailed note via their website directly to General Manager. I was sure they would jump right on this hot buyer and address the serious sales process/technique. Nada, not a peep out of them. I then proceeded to message the marketing Lady that PM’d me from their web page. I told her what had happened, how I needed to speak to someone to piece together this deal. After waiting another thirty minutes or longer I decided to move on. I took that time to start reviewing reviews on other platforms than Google and found some disturbing information.Unfortunately, they had the one vehicle we found that had the correct options and decent pricing. However, we’re now made to believe that vehicle advertising is possibly bogus.

Well, I decided to give them another try. New ownership, new people, maybe the Service Department has changed... Nope. Look through the reviews, all the good ones are for the Sales Dept, all the bad ones are for the Service Dept. The positive reviews for the Service Dept all seem to mention the cashiers... well, theyre all gone now.I made an appointment for 9/9/21, the appointment system has improved, and allows you to put in detailed notes. My service writer transferred those notes onto the service ticket, and I gave him the key. Within two hours, they called me with a diagnosis, of lower control arms... all of my complaints will be solved by replacing them. I was told the arms were in Orlando, and I could possibly be done tomorrow. After a week (and multiple unanswered messages) I was called, and told that basically, no one knows where the arms are, Chrysler says they were delivered, dealership doesnt have them... its a mess. Would I accept aftermarket arms? I say, Yes. Another week goes by (and multiple unanswered messages), and I am told parts are in, tech will start on it tomorrow. Another week goes by (and multiple unanswered messages), and I am told that I am ready for pickup; I am skeptical. I pay the bill, hop in the Jeep... and....every complaint still exists. As in, I didnt event need to leave the drive, to notice there was something terribly wrong. There was no way the tech didnt notice it. Basically, they had my vehicle for a month, added one part, and after that part didnt address the drivability issues, the tech still parked it.

Repeat customer, will come back again. I had a great experience. Sal and Shawn were great to work with.

Beware. Had a bad experience with the service department. Before my oil change I had no warning lights on. Car was in perfect shape.After the bad experience and leaving a negative review, and after the oil change, now my check engine light is on and car is making noises when running.

To whom it may concern,I visited your dealer yesterday to view a few vehicles; Mathew was my sales person. Everything was going as expected Mathew was very professional and knowledgeable. The problems started with the used car manager and my appraised value. The online appraisal was 48k plus and Katlyn mentioned you were offering up to 4K over appraisal value. The used car manager pulled the car fax noticed 2 accidents one with “moderate damage” no details of the damage other than location. He assumed because of the “moderate damage” the vehicle had frame damage even though there was no mention on carfax. He referenced a bent heat shield as the location of the frame damage. This was an assumption with no definitive proof other than a bent heat shield. This all came as a gigantic surprise I was aware of the accidents but no frame damage(I purchased used). This resulted in a low trade offer strictly based on an assumption with no supporting facts. Today I dropped my Expedition off with a body shop to have the frame checked on a frame machine and alignment machine; results came as a surprise based on the information I received from your used car manager. No visible signs of frame damage alignment and frame are in factory specifications. This inspection not only wasted my time but also cost me $700.00 for frame machine and technician time.I strongly considered moving forward with the deal based on your used car managers claim of doom with my trade; had I done so I would have lost over $14k in potential trade money. This appears to be intentional trying to miss lead me into thinking I have a trade in with a frame damage carfax with no supporting information other than a damaged heat shield; which the body shop confirmed was damaged but not from frame damage. I have absolutely no intention of purchasing anything from your dealer or any of your network dealers. I intend on sharing this experience with Morgan Auto Groups main office
