Mr david is very profecional, and frendly, very nice person.

Just left this store with the worst impression. Whoever they have working night shift tonight needs some training on customer service. He did not greet us, did not attempt to help us whatsoever. We were the only people in the store and he got up and went to the back office where he proceeded to get on the phone and ignore us. My husband tried to ask him a question and he rudely told us he will be with us shortly. You just let a guaranteed sale walk out of your store - completely ignorant and rude. Waste of time, would not recommend this place to anyone.

June 10 2021 at night, went inside with wife we walked around for about 10min. We checked all the mattress and all the while no one came to us. We saw an older man that looked like he worked there but all he did was stand by the back with door open smoking...... No attention given to us at all so we decided to go and check mattress firm across the street.......

Really nice store with one of the largest selections anywhere. I was looking for a specific bed and they were the only ones in the area that had it on the floor to try out. The associate Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was even able to work with us on price for everything we wanted in a split king bed and adjustable frame. By far the best prices out of anywhere I’ve seen locally or online and couldn’t pass up on the offer they provided, also including a sheet set, mattress protectors, and my new favorite pillow at no charge! Being new to the area and never hearing of Bedding Barn before, I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Love the store love the service! These guys are welcoming, friendly and patient! Bought a mattress and after delivery and sleeping on it for a week, my husband and I were not comfortable and decided to go back to the store and see if they could help us. David helped us and without any hassle at all we were the owners of a brand new completely different mattress! I wouldnt shop anywhere else and would highly recommend The Bedding Barn to anyone who is shopping for a new mattress!! The free sheet set was a nice bonus too! The sales person was rude and unhelpful. We found the m matress we wanted to purchase but we waited 30min and he still didnt come over to help us. We left the store with out purchasing anything . We will never be coming back to your store ever again. Judith with matress firm wanted to thank you for sending her 4,800.00 dollars worth of business.

Very rude, especially the manager Mark. They are not open to sale, if they are, they definitely dont know how. Their prices are two times higher than everyone else. You will be wasting your time and money going there. Not worth it... go shop elsewhere for better quality and better service....

Went in to price mattresses. Very rude salesman, who refused to give us a price when we told him we were comparison pricing. Had bought a mattress in the store a few years ago, but would NEVER set foot in this store again.
