They miss deliveries, although when you call to inquire they say, our records show we made the delivery.For three months I have been asking for cups and still have not received them.We ask for 40 bottles, we get 24; even after I have been on the phone for half an hour with Michael to make sure we get what we ask for.Unfortunately, will probably have to start looking for another vendor, eventhough, up until recently, they were a good vendor.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CO! If I could rate negative 5, I would. This is a horrible company. The customer service is non-existent. They don’t answer the phone. They make it impossible to cancel deliveries or cancel your account. They force you to call but the answering service says they are unavailable! They force you to email them but then no one responds to the email. The web site gives no way to remove payment either! They keep your credit card hostage! Initially I thought I would keep my account open and just cancel delivery until I need it during Hurricane season. Due to their horrid customer service I will cancel my account- IF ANYONE EVER RESPONDS!!

Worst customer service and worst water delivery company its been going down gradually for a while, save yourself headaches and stay away. The head has no idea what the arms and legs are doing and they arent doing much to begin with, very bad management !!!
My delivery man does a great job! The price of my water has creeped up so much like 50% in two years. Now I call today for you to tell me if I have a Costco card I get a discount...I have had this card for four years.... no credit or for past BS. My bill went for. $81.73 to $ 46.89. I think this is u fair and a credit should be applied! Sad

They often reschedue deliveries and notify you on the day of delivery. Very inconvenient.It is impossible to get through the ethernal hold to talk to customer service. Get ready to wait for 45 minutes on the phone.Their prices are too high and they keep rasing them.I rent a water dispencer from them for 4 dollars a month. They never told me that they will charge $50 at the end of the contract to refurbish it back. They also promissed me to service the dispencer often, but they forgot to mention that to service it they will charge you $80. It is insane! I should have just bought my own dispencer; it would be so much cheaper.Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this company. I am currently looking for another one.
The convenience of the ReadyRefresh website along with updates via mobile and email are perfect. I have had no delivery problems.
Terrible! They don’t show up when scheduled. They change price of bottles without notifying you. Before u know it a $3.50 bottle costs $11.49 and they charge for delivery And changes to delivery schedule. When calling customer care the representatives disconnected me when they didn’t want to apply the price adjustment. They said they were reviewing my account but hung up instead. This is the type of treatment I have been getting for the last 11 years- since I was being a loyal customer.
Theyre way more expensive than if you just get it from the store and theyre a pain to cancel.
We recently had a hurricane here in south Florida and I understand if you cannot get to customers but you do not tell people you are coming everyday for almost a week and not show up, especially when there is a shortage of supplies . I would have bought water when it was available instead of trusting your company . The water has been late for 3 months regardless your company tells me Monday and shows up days later . During a crisis when you say your coming at least be courteous and let your customer know your not . Conveniently your phone lines were down, I am sure you did this to a lot of people here in south Florida .
Do not do Business with Nestle Water. Ready Refresh is the biggest rippoff in your business. They always try to double your bill, which is easy to overlook. After the first 2 months, everything they told you is a lie. The $7 for 5 gallons becomes $22. A jug. The free water cooler becomes $25 a month. And a sleeve of 50 plastic cups? $10. My bill a month for 10 gallons and a cup sleeve was $62. A month. I hate this company and will do everything I can to expose them as Frauds. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER., CREDIT CARD SCAMMING, RIPPOFF, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

THE WORSE !! water company EVER!! People BEWARE !! They miss deliveries, you have to be on top of your bill to avoid getting over charged, They cancel your delivery without notifying you. Very POOR customer service on top, they just put you on hold for the longest time, and they are not friendly when they answer. I finally canceled and what a load off . I now order my water from publix and its delivered to my house for just $9.99 a month. I can order groceries plus all the gallons of water that I want at no extra charge. ReadyRefresh charged per delivery PLUS the water was very expensive.
Worst ever, I cancelled this water service company and they billed me 4 months after, agent said no record shows I cancelled. I cant delete my account and I cant delete my credit card on profile. this is horrible company
